The decoration, environment and service of the hotel are very good, and there are shopping malls and Ayunduo Warehouse around, which makes eating, drinking and having fun very convenient! The hotel has a laundry room, and self-service laundry is very convenient. The breakfast selection is also very rich, and the unlimited supply of fruits and strawberries 🍓 is really cool, and the waffles 🧇 are also delicious! Breakfast is really satisfying! Finally, the service of Xiaoxia at the front desk is really great. Because it is checked in in the morning, the room is arranged in advance, and the invoice is issued. Next time I come to Guiyang, this will be the first choice!

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

Located on the 42nd floor, the hotel offers spectacular views of Guiyang's flower and orchards. Attentive service and first-class facilities make every guest feel unparalleled in luxury. Whether it's a quiet time with your family or a romantic evening with your loved one, it's an unforgettable and irresistible memory.

The hotel is centrally located in the midst of many food, shopping and transport choice. Service staff is really sincere and helpful. There’s are shared mini kitchen, washing machines/dryers/irons and umbrellas for guests to use. The hotel is perfect for free and easy travellers/friends/couple and travellers looking to enjoy and soak in sights flexibly. It is in a block where there are other businesses and travellers can be confused by a need to take a lift to the 31st floor where the lobby and check in is. Ask around and it’s easy to get to the lifts. Thank you to the hotel and nice staff for a very pleasant stay!

Pleasant stay with unexpected bonus of pull-out bed. Good service standards and a decent breakfast. Well worth the price especially if travelling as a family.

Very good location, just turn a corner from the subway station to the hotel, and there is a tea mountain downstairs ~ The room facilities are complete, the soundproofing is very good, and you won't be disturbed by people passing by in the corridor when sleeping (the heating is sufficient, but it would be better if the central air conditioner can set the cooling mode by itself 🥺 But the hotel customer service lady has provided a fan). The attitude of the staff is very good, they can respond to questions in time, and they will take the initiative to carry the boxes when storing luggage. Thumbs up for them! !

We requested for breakfast throughout our stay when we check-in. It took about 30 mins, because we had to go through their app via WeChat and encountered issues. The room for 3 people is quite small. Laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

Highly recommend. Excellent hotel in excellent location near center of Guiyang. The receptionists were very friendly and supportive. I got a room on the 22th floor , and the view is amazing. The room has a large clean bath tub , which is nice for soaking . Excellent comfy bed. Laundry machine (for washing clothes) is available and free . Morning: Breakfast is delicious The room is spacious, clean. The hotel is located within 8 minute walk from the closest Metro Station. PS. Bottled water is complimentary. Overall, excellent hotel that I highly recommend.

When we checked in on Valentine's Day, the hotel also gave us a 🌹, helped us enter the license plate in advance and upgraded the room! The overall stay experience was very good, especially the self-service bar in the lobby, where we would have a cup of coffee when we came back and went out☕️. The hotel is next to Metro Line 2, which is super convenient for travel and taxis. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Guiyang next time!
