小小诗管家特别好! She has been super responsive through my trip and ensure everything gone smoothly. Also provided a lot of recommendations on things to do and eat around. The hotel has great services including unlimited drinks and snacks. There's also a night where they delivered sweet soup. Overall a 10/10 stay and will highly recommend to my friends to make a visit.

It was great. The staff were super friendly, accommodating and willing to help. The room was clean and very comfortable. This was my first time traveling solo, and I was very nervous about the language barrier. However, some of the staff could communicate in English, and some were ready with their translators to assist. They made a lot of effort in terms of communication. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Although it was not that easy to communicate with the restaurant staff as we don't speak Chinese, the staff was very friendly and service oriented.
