Nice big hotel in the center, just in front of a lake with 2 Pagoda. Elephant trunk at 600m, Departure for night boat also very clise.

Sheraton Guilin is a great base for daily tours around Guilin. The hotel has a lot of choices for breakfast, beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the food street and walking along the river. We were upgraded to have access to the club lounge — highly recommended asking for annual upgrade. One recommendation we have is to increase the offering of vegetarian dishes — there are plenty of dishes in the club lounge that didn’t need the addition of animal meat. Avon, the manager, and her team took care of all of us during our stay.

This hotel was an absolute gem during my recent trip to Guilin. The location is incredibly convenient, just a cross from the iconic Elephant Trunk Hill. Stayed for 3 nights at this lovely boutique hotel. The rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. I would recommend to friends and family. If there was one thing to improve, I think smoking and non smoking rooms should be completely separated - the hallways were filled with the smell of cigarettes and it also filled my room but otherwise, I would stay here again.

This is one of the best hotel stays I had The reception Doli welcomed me warmly and so helpful The room is good size clean and quiet Even the cleaners are so efficient and perform their job well Morning breakfast is adequate and I found the laundry so useful I was given late checkout Long and Mia at the reception assisted me and are very courteous Very happy to return to this well managed friendly hotel Its also in a quiet corner but just next to night market with lots of shops and eateries

The hotel is not situated in the city centre, but it only takes you a few minutes cab/hired car ride to the city centre. It costs around RMB 10 to city centre where you can find more eateries. I love the beautiful hill scenery from my room, which is a kind of postcard view. After every dinners, I like walking in the spacious garden area outside the hotel lobby. Quiet, comfy and relaxing! I find some foreign tourists in the morning buffet session, so it must be a good choice for foreigners who might trust an international reputable hotel group.

Beyond my expectation. Service is at tip top. Walkable to many places of interest within 400m. The receptionists were so helpful giving directions as where to go and assist to call for cab anytime i needed the service. Remarkable housekeeper aunty, asking me need not wait for my laundry as she will make sure it is all done and will deliver to my room, she even drop me a note after sending the laundry on my bed. Got a upgraded family room which was spacious and on the high floor. The hotel 7th floor has a small pool and nice view of the Jingjang Wangfu background and the ancient city. They do served tea at 3pm with some nice cookies and desserts, breakfast was awesome with order to make famous Guilin Noodle soup. Very good family experience in this hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful panoramic view and a large, well-equipped bathroom. We were lucky to have been welcomed by the very kind hostess Stella, who speaks English and French fluently and who helped and advised throughout our stay. Therefore we recommend this hotel mainly for foreigners.It was a pleasant stay in your hotel, merci encore Stella !

Great hotel in a wonderful and convenient location. Staff were particularly helpful and check in was super easy. In particular, Peng Min at the hotel front desk was very patient in answering all our questions about tour bookings and even helped us book a 4 start cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo for the next day. Thanks to the team at the hotel for making our stay and trip so easy and enjoyable.
