TERRIBLE RECEPTION; I was shocked with reception Alejandro and Kurt. They were rude and not kind. This behaviors are not suitable IHG and INTERCONTINENTAL philosophy. They were lie. Room is not clean. Staff not helpful. IHG membership and loyalty not meaning anything.
