Sheraton Hotels in Guangzhou

Hotel is connected to Teemall so we were well shieldied from summer heat and subsequent heavy rains due to typhoon Wipha for shopping and meals. Chinese restaurant  serves  good Cantonese cuisine and buffet restaurant  had very generous spreads like oyster with caviar and free flow wines during dinner. Rooms had great views of sunset and even saw rainbow after heavy rains! Hotel was also responsive to requests to make my 81 year-old mother more comfortable and safe like  providing a chair in the shower. Also surprised me with a birthday cake, thank you Sheraton!

It has a stunning view over the landscape of the newly developed area. The room is clean and neat. The swimming pool comes with heat and the kids zone is in a compact size. Reasonable enough in a city. Not too far from Chimelong Safari Park , about 20 mins by DiDi. Few blocks away from the shopping and eating district, which makes this place isolate from the bustling hub. Overall, not too bad. P.S. It seems this Sheraton does not often use the Marriott app. Can't get a shaving kit/ any responses within 15 mins. Better to call the front desk.

Highly satisfied! It was a perfect weekend getaway. The hotel is located about an hour's drive from Guangzhou, with direct access via Metro Line 4, and right next to Nansha Wanda Plaza. The hotel facilities are brand new and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff, especially the gentleman who assisted us, was incredibly kind and proactively arranged a room upgrade, showcasing exceptional service. Our Executive Deluxe Suite offered breathtaking views, and the bed was supremely comfortable. Complimentary fruit was also provided. The Executive Lounge had excellent offerings, and we were delighted to find Chee Cheong Fun available for breakfast. Right outside the hotel is Jiaomen River Park, perfect for a leisurely walk along its banks. Nansha Civic Park is also nearby, offering a chance to experience the vibrant, modern side of Nansha. We had a truly wonderful holiday and look forward to returning!
