Pet friendly Hotels Guangzhou

Stayed in Hilton Guangzhou for 3nights. Checked in was smoothly done & given an upgrade of room due to reserved room not ready when there at about 2pm. Room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaned up were done nicely and happy to return to room in late afternoon with fresh condition space. However, was encountered with a not helpful lobby staff when had an issue with our Didi ride booking, Maybe he could not understand our Chinese words and ignored us. Luckily, another lobby staff approached us and managed to get our ride booking done successfully. Hotel location wise is convenient as there are some small restaurant eataries and shopping mall nearby. Hotel breakfast was good which we reserved on our last day stay. There were a wide spread of local & international food which we enjoyed. Overall, had a good 3nights stay at Hilton. Thank you to all staffs concerned that made our stay a pleasant one:)

First time at W Guangzhou. Prompt check in and had a very nice stay. Nice room, bathtub, international breakfast. Also had a nice evening at Woobar with nice band. Kuddos to Alan, Clark and so many staffs that I did not manage to get their names. Definitely recommended to stay!

A very pleasant stay. It was anniversary trip and the hotel arranged decoration with a cake. But what I appreciated most is its hospitality. Very convenient location as well. The strayed cat they adopted seems quite relaxed there and I was moved by this scene in cold season. Cynthia was especially helpful. Will go back again and try its restaurant.

I recently stayed at Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this Hilton for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Booked for my husband! Stay for two nights! All of a sudden the hot water is gone! Come home! I haven't washed well in the shower for the past two days! The bed is so-so! The most satisfying thing is to have a balcony! No one can be seen at the front desk, and the check-out is directly handed over to the security guard to leave!

My family is currently living in Panyu area, GZ. I have two little girls, 2 and 4 years old. During this summer vacation, my husband and I decided to visit many of hotels having pools with good price including breakfast and dinner. Overall, we enjoyed 2 days so much. Outdoor pools open from 3 pm, so the second day before check-out, we played at an indoor pool (1m) which is not good enough for 2 years old girl but we enjoyed swimming 😉 for the dinner set, we were served a sashimi dish, beef and chicken steak, pasta, salad, soup, fruits for dessert, and tea. The dish was not good quality but Ok about the room price. 😁 since we had a good deal with the room rate. However, I was very satisfied with breakfast 😍 overall, I’m willing to visit here again! Especially the location is good! It takes less than 1 hr from my house. 🤩 what do you want more?! Dinner, breakfast, pools, and photo spots and close to Panyu 😝

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others. My stay wouldn’t have been so wonderful without your assistance.

Pet-friendly, clean hotel, friendly service, washing machine, dryer, ground parking and underground parking. The room temperature was 17 degrees that day, but the heating was only provided when it was below 10 degrees, which was a little cool.

When checking in, they were professional and efficient. They were done in just a few minutes. They also patiently answered all my questions about the surrounding attractions and hotel facilities. The answers were very detailed. I felt full of care as soon as I arrived. Entering the room, there were even more surprises. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and the mattress fits the body curve. It feels like being wrapped in tenderness when you lie on it. The quilt is soft and warm, and the pillow core height is just right. I can fall asleep every night. The smart devices in the room are also very considerate. The brightness of the lights and the temperature of the air conditioner can be easily adjusted. The curtains can be opened and closed with one button, and you can enjoy comfort and coziness while lying on the bed. The details of the hotel are even more touching. The small service of wiping the suitcase for free may seem insignificant, but it really reflects the hotel's meticulous care for guests. When you are away from home, the suitcase is inevitably covered with dust. The hotel can pay attention to this detail. How can this care not be moving? The cleaning aunties are also the highlight of the hotel. They always have a kind and kind smile on their faces and are very polite. Every time they meet, they will greet each other warmly. After handing the clothes to the staff, they acted quickly and efficiently completed the washing, drying and ironing processes. Before long, the returned clothes were clean and tidy, and exuded a faint fragrance. Each piece was as smooth as new, as if it had been given new vitality. The service quality was impeccable. The hotel's breakfast was also amazing. A rich variety of meals filled the dining table. The fresh fragrance of Chinese style and the exquisiteness of Western style were perfectly integrated here. The fresh fruits were attractive in color, and the various drinks were fragrant. Each choice could satisfy the unique tastes of different people. The dining environment was comfortable and pleasant, and the staff's service was thoughtful and meticulous, making every morning full of vitality. During the days in Nansha, the temperature difference between morning and evening was large, and I accidentally caught a cold and coughed. The attentive front desk staff soon noticed my discomfort and took the initiative to make me a cup of steaming ginger tea. The warm temperature slowly flowed down the throat into the heart, dispelling the coldness of the body, and made me deeply feel the humanistic care of the hotel. This time staying at Nansha Meihao Lizhi Hotel, I really felt their persistent pursuit of service quality. From the enthusiastic and professional front desk staff, to the hardworking and friendly cleaning aunt, to the efficient and considerate laundry service team, everyone uses their enthusiasm and expertise to create a warm and comfortable home away from home for the guests. Here, every detail is warm, and every service is full of sincerity. I sincerely recommend it to every friend who is about to travel.
