Hotel already old-style, rooms are really clean, but apperence of the hotel is terrible, the breakfast is weak, some constructions in the double lobby, entrance is dirty and exterior is need to be replaced. One of elevator do not work, need long wait to get down or to the restaurant. Very strange people walk in the different floors, seems not all floors is for hotel. If you are comming do business to Canton Fair-respect yourself chose better hotel, even for 3 nights. The staff is hiring young translators, which helping very much. Thanks to them. Otherwise it could be really bad. The last day manager comes to the rooms and asks to put 5 stars for hotel... That says everything...

Really pro about this place is that it’s just less than 5 mins away from the nearest metro station which was really convenient to use. One downside is that the hotel shares the building with a seafood restaurant / short term stay hotel(?) (hotel is from 6th floor onwards) so at nighttime it’s a little rowdy and gave me a bit of sketchy feeling because we had to share elevator. Althought the room was nice and clean, space was big enough, breakfast was not bad, I don’t think I would stay here again because of the sketchy vibes. Plus the rooms sound proof was ok.

Second stay at this hotel and everything is great. Breakfast is great. The room is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Depending on the rooms will depend on the noise of other neighbours.

i really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the service was great and staff was really friendly. The room was clean and seemed new. Only the location wasn’t great in my opinion, there wasn’t much to do nearby.

Amazing find! Arrived after red eye flight and we are glad to have XIAO LIU who checked in for us. She's the one that created the best first impression for the hotel going extra mile for us! Also we upgraded our room and it was perfect. Breakfast was acceptable. Overall rly recommend this hotel chain.
