JI Hotel Hotels in Guangzhou

I like the hotel. The space is sufficient for me, and the common necessities like tooth brush and slipper, daily mineral water supply is available. Down side would be elevator waiting time, I stay at 41 floor, and usually have to wait 5 mins for the lift. The room also doesn’t offer in room wardrobe, iron and robe which usually are available. The hanger is open and iron is available at the laundromat. For the price, I highly recommend.

The room is new, comfortable and clean. If you need to catch a train the next day at Guang Zhou East railway station, this is the right hotel as it is located right opposite the railway station. It takes less than 1 minute walk to the metro station’s exit F to use Metro Line 1 and Line 3. It is very convenient to travel around Guang Zhou city. Po Park mall is opposite the hotel and connected to the metro and railway stations, which is very convenient for food and groceries. The hotel also provides complimentary self-service laundry including detergent. The only negative is you will hear the sound of car horn from morning until midnight as many cars and taxi in front of the railway station but it didn’t bother me as I’m not a light sleeper. I need to catch an early morning train and couldn’t have breakfast. The staff packed some biscuits for me.

The room is not big, but the overall facilities are complete, clean, the lighting is warm, and the bed is comfortable! The location is right by the Pearl River, the environment is quiet, and the transportation is convenient. Because the high-speed rail is at 18:00, I want to delay the check-out to 16:00. The girl at the front desk is very considerate and the communication is very smooth. It is a perfect stay experience. I will choose it next time!

Close to Linhexi station exit B, near the hotel, convenient for family shopping. mart/7-11/Xishiduo, easy to call a car, very easy to travel, close to big department stores around Tianhe. The service staff is quite good. If you have any questions, want to ask or need anything additional, you can inform the staff. Got it via WeChat. When checking in for foreigners, use your passport + Chinese phone number. (If you don't have it, you can use a Chinese person's number to confirm. In the case that there is no one I know or a Chinese number, I'm not sure what to do next.) The room is quite spacious. Bathroom with strong water Automatic toilet flushing, cleanliness is considered usable. Breakfast tastes so-so The laundry room is quite good. There is a washing machine + dryer + iron. There is no additional cost. If you are not comfortable washing it yourself, you can write a note to the laundry staff for you. Disadvantage: The air conditioner is quite stuffy. Maybe because it's an air conditioner pipe or something, I'm not sure. The room actually has a window but no light enters. (Stay on the 8th floor) Choose a non-smoking room. But it's not true, there's still the smell of cigarettes coming into the room. It might be from the air conditioning ducts or other guests, I don't know. You will have to make peace with this part as well. And the elevator is quite slow. There's only one. If it's urgent, you should allow time. Because it's really very slow. My personal opinion is that the mattress is not that clean. Because I'm itchy when I sleep. But overall, if you're not serious about anything and focus on location, you can consider it.

It’s my second stay in Ji Hotel XiMengKou. It has always been a pleasant experience staying here. Love the robot delivery and the free laundry service.

The room is very comfortable, the facilities are good, the bedding is very good, and the breakfast is nutritious and healthy. The front desk service was very good and attentive. They sent me travel guides when they saw that I was with children. The hotel is in a good location and is very close to the Guangzhou Tower, so it is convenient to go anywhere! The room was also very clean

Nice hotel. Close to some nice restaurants, and right by the park. We had a minor issue once we checked in but they were happy to change our room straightaway. Friendly staff, albeit not much English spoken, coffee machine in the lobby, and early check in was free.

Convenient transportation, very close to the subway station, the lobby is warm and bright, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk lady is warm and thoughtful, it was a very happy stay experience, I will come again if I have the chance...
