The hotel is situated approximately 5km from the Jinmei or the Marketplace, offering easy access to local amenities. The rooms are impressively spacious and well-appointed, and there are convenient shops in the vicinity, making it a convenient location for guests. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. Firstly, I found the water in the morning to be quite dirty, which made it unsuitable for personal hygiene tasks such as washing my face and brushing my teeth. As a result, I had to rely on bottled water for these purposes. Additionally, I experienced problems with the air conditioning vents in my room. Upon returning from an outing, I noticed that the vents had been tampered with, which was concerning. Despite seeking assistance from the front desk, I was informed that only one staff member was available, and she was unable to resolve the issue, leaving me to address it myself. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms met my expectations, these smaller inconveniences detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope that these issues can be addressed to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests.

I like the Shanzhuang Hostel very much and will come again if I have the chance. Not only is the natural environment excellent, with green trees, clusters of flowers, camellia and osmanthus in full bloom, but the architectural design is also exquisite. The room has an open balcony, and you can see the beautiful scenery every day when you wake up. You can also go from the room to the first floor and the courtyard through the corridor, which not only maintains privacy, but also fully contacts with nature. During your stay, you can check in and play in various places in Baiyun Mountain at any time. The hotel service is also very good. The room is cleaned very promptly and cleanly, and I was picked up and dropped off on demand. As soon as I returned to the room on New Year's Eve, I saw the sugar oranges displayed by the hotel, which was very heartwarming.

Highly recommended! Although it is a bit far from Taikoo Hui, the hotel price is very reasonable, and it is very cost-effective in the Atour system. The new hotel is very clean and well-equipped, and most of the guests staying are business guests, not messy. The vehicles on the main road outside are a bit noisy, but wearing earplugs is completely soundproof, the curtains have a very good blackout effect, and there is no big red dot on the standby after the TV is turned off to affect sleep, so you can sleep very soundly at night. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the towels are clean. The cleaning aunties are also very awesome. Small suggestion: The air volume of the air conditioner in the breakfast restaurant can be adjusted down a bit, otherwise the hot dishes will be blown cold. There is only one vegetable heart in the all-vegetarian dish. It is recommended to add an all-vegetarian dish to facilitate vegetarians and Muslim guests.

We like staying Element Guangzhou Baiyun. The hotel’s environment was serene and clean and spacious. The staff has helped me to arrange an earlier check in (called earlier in the month to request for earlier check in), which we are grateful for. The bathroom was also spacious and fully equipped. The shower head was strong and good. We didn’t manage to visit the nearby shopping mall. Do hope to return one day and stay at the same hotel again. Good service and environment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton in Guangzhou, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, and it’s clear that the staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Location: Located conveniently near the business district, Four Points is ideal for both business travelers and tourists. With easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping centers, it was perfect for exploring the city’s attractions and getting around without hassle. There’s also a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Room: The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows and linens felt luxurious—perfect after a long day of exploring Guangzhou. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea, which added to the overall experience. The bathroom was pristine, with a rain shower and high-quality toiletries. Service: Service was exceptional throughout my stay. The staff at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests, from arranging transportation to recommending local spots to visit. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of my schedule, ensuring my room was always fresh and tidy without disturbing my work hours.

Exellent place to stay. Scenic beauty and metro very nearby for commute to the city. Big spread on breakfast and dinner. Good pool to get that fresh feel after the swim and the staffs are very friendly. Canton fair shuttle bus from hotel which was very helpfull.

Service overload. Truely the level of service is 6 out of 5 points, it is like a 5 star hotel and I am not sure if you would get such a heartwarming and welcoming attitude as you get here. High level cleanliness, sterilised towels every day, free drinks (tea, coffee, water) the whole day. Free food for dinner. Free laundry service. Wonderful breakfast with a fresh variety of different foods, really great coffee. This is the best hotel in Guangzhou in this price range. If you want better service you have to pay at least 3x more. Highly recommended, thank you for this awesome experience at this nice hotel.

During my summer business trip, I stayed in a hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. Upon arrival, the polite and friendly staff promptly checked me in. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. Throughout my stay, I enjoyed the calmness of the place. My business meetings went smoothly, and we had successful discussions that positively impacted our company's goals. Additionally, I managed to explore some of the local attractions and immerse myself in the area's culture and history. Overall, my stay at the hotel was rejuvenating and created lasting memories.

It was good, the tried to speak English though most can’t but are willing to help. Liked the hotel they need to improve on the smelling, odor of the rooms spray air freshener and Breakfast they should atleast have a universal breakfast, like cornflakes, bacon, fries. Overall it’s better but they should do more on food and odor. But hotel staff are helpful. Thanks

We stayed here for 3d2n. The hotel is located conveniently next to a big new mall with many food options. There are also shops and restaurants around the area which could be easily accessible by foot. I love the 杀猪面. The Huangbian subway station is also right at the mall, which could take you directly to Yuexiu Park if you're into some sightseeing. Amenities and cleanliness is top-notch at Junluxe. We also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who helped us secure airport transfers to Baiyun Airport. It would've been a challenge doing this myself as the road in front of the hotel is closed due to construction that is completing next to it; and we had large number of luggages, plus travelling as a group of 5. It took 2 concierge staff to kindly move our luggages and directed the multiple taxis to the underground parking. We were very grateful and gladly tipped the young men. I will gladly return.
