Facility becomes a bit old and need maintenance. Front desk staff could not keep her promise to refund deposit before 6:00pm, even though I checked out at about 11:00 am. Definitely need improvement in this area.

Facilities: Pretty good, excellent. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Decent. Service: Good. The only downside is it's a bit far from the subway station, otherwise everything is great. First time staying here, and honestly, the location wasn't super easy to find. The breakfast buffet in the morning was pretty decent. The hotel is located next to highway bridge and exterior looks old but rooms have been renovated- very modern with shower and toilet separated 👍. Pillows and mattress were very good, except we had a small double bed 🥴 -We had to change room as our room had strong cigarette smell, we got replaced with a smaller room which was a bit disappointing, anyway even the lift smells of cigarette smoke.  I would not recommend it unless they improve the air circulation there.
