Mercure location is excellent. Food paradise in the surrounding area. Although the room is not that big, we are still comfortable with the layout. Front desk staff are great and friendly. Breakfast buffet is normal but it would be great if they can add in some dim sum. Room is clean except one power wall plug is not in function. A UK plug socket will be helpful too. Air-con in the room is not cold enough, maybe that’s why the hotel open its windows in each floor that I can access to. Free usage of the laundry & ironing was also a plus point, The other down side are 1) we can smell other tenants smoking in our level and 2) the noise from the ongoing construction noise nearby.

The location was amazing with a lot of shopping malls and popular dim sum restaurants within a foot distance. It is also a mere 3 minutes walk from the train station and making exploring the city easy. The bed was also amazing, and the room I was given was not facing the Main Street hence it was really quiet. The only bad point I can of is that the lift is shared with Mercure hotel, hence we need to wait awhile for the lift, but otherwise, would definitely consider to stay there again!

Very impressed with almost everything at this hotel. First, the front desk officer named Liang Zihong performed very well and helped us with smooth checking in process, also suggested us with good tips using hotel facilities. The hotel itself is in good area, many dining restaurants and shopping venues nearby. The breakfast is good enough with plenty options. The room is big so we could comfortably relax after long tiring days from Canton Fair. Very nice stay and would love to go back.

The staff at concierge during 9/4/2025 gave us an upgrade to a room with bathtub. Location is great, just walking distance to all the convenience stores and restaurants. Right next to a mall. Room is huge given the upgrade.

The location is superb as the metro station is just few steps away. When we arrived, the system was down, and we have to wait or go out for dinner and check in later. The lobby was decent with free flow of fresh ground coffee and tea. The lifts are the down side of this hotel. The hotel shared lifts with another hotel that is in the same building, and the worse is there is no security card required to go to the designated floor. Everyone can enter to any floor without card or censorship, furthermore the 2 hotels are sharing the same lifts, and sometimes the waiting time during peak hours is very bad too. The lifts also looks old due to the high traffic. The rooms are ok, small but clean, and with motorized curtain, and smart toilet.

My favorite place to stay is on Beijing Road. The hotel offers the best night views of the river from the room. I love all the amenities provided. I'd like to extend my gratitude to the receptionist, Huai Ye 淮叶, for her excellent service, which went above and beyond, making our 4-night stay truly wonderful. She provided us with warm and exceptional service.

Staff 双木is very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and has free 24-hour laundry, but advise not to do laundry after 10pm to prevent noise that disturbs others which is reasonable and considerably. Hotel management should reinforce and even implement punishment for people who is smoking in the hotel or in their hotel room.the hotel is STATED AS A NON-SMOKING hotel but still have people smoking at the corridor of the hotel room level, we found the cigarettes butts near the room level lift with the signage of'non smoking' .They should consider others customer who stay in this hotel.customer like us chose the hotel because it is a non-smoking hotel but disappointed us. Hope hotel management to improve this matter cause it is very unhealthy for people who are non-smoking and keep inhaling unhealthy cigarettes smokes.

very friendly staff working at the reception especially the manager Liu who is there for all questions. Big respect for Liu. The rooms are very nice and clean. and of course the robots that are the hit of the hotel😅♥️

We stayed at Tianhe ZhujiangXingCheng two nights. Perfect location with plenty of authentic food (my favorite is the oyster restaurant a block away!) and leisure activities! Clean facility and helpful staff. At our will be my first choice for future travel. I actually booked it again for our trip to Shanghai later in April.

Some time ago, due to business trip, I came to Guangzhou and stayed at the Mehao Lizhi Hotel in Guangzhou East Railway Station. This stay experience was simply beyond imagination.
