The front desk staff, Ying and Deng, provided excellent service. I was very pleased with the extended breakfast hours, which run from 7:30 AM until noon. The restaurant is located on the second floor, and you need your room key card to access it, which feels very secure. It's reassuring to know that unauthorized people can't just walk in, giving you great peace of mind. The hotel is also conveniently close to Chimelong, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Highly recommended!

After a long search, I finally found this hotel. I stayed for one night and was genuinely impressed. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The staff were very welcoming upon check-in, even escorting us to our room and giving a brief explanation of the facilities. This is an excellent hotel. I will definitely return for another stay. The Kuanrong Suite Hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the subway station and just a few minutes' walk from shopping centers like Sihai City, Tianhe City, and Wanda Plaza. Upon arrival for check-in, we were personally escorted to our room and offered a refreshing lemonade. This lemonade was exceptionally delicious – highly recommended! It had Sprite in it, which made it extra refreshing and tasty. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. Overall, a great experience!

After meals, the attentive staff would always see us off with a warm smile, even accompanying us to the elevator. Another delightful touch was the different 'tangshui' (traditional Cantonese sweet soup dessert) served every night; during our four-night stay, no two were the same! Our entire family eagerly looked forward to this sweet treat each evening, haha. The genuine thoughtfulness of the service was truly evident throughout our stay. The suite design itself was excellent, perfectly suited for families traveling with both older and younger children. Furthermore, the staff were not only professional but also exceptionally warm, friendly, and approachable.

While rated four stars, the room itself was a delightful five-star surprise! It's newly renovated with excellent appliances, and the smart toilet was a particular highlight 😃. A faint 'new renovation' smell was present, but easily cleared by opening the window, and it didn't impact the room's comfortable coolness. Service was warm and attentive to every detail 😃. Choosing this hotel for our Chimelong trip with the kids was absolutely the right decision – we're so glad we did! The location is fantastic: the metro, great food, and shopping malls are all within a mere 100 meters – incredibly convenient! After the last Chimelong Grand Circus show wrapped up at 10 PM, we found illegal taxis were ridiculously overcharging. So, we opted to walk back directly from the North Gate. Even at a leisurely 'turtle's pace,' it only took about twenty minutes, and the evening weather was perfect – not hot and no rain.

This is my favourite hotel to stay at when I’m in Panyu for work. Super convenient, and surrounded by yummy food! But who needs to go out to eat when the hotel makes sure you will never be hungry, no matter what time of day? Breakfast is served from 7.30am till 12pm, there’s afternoon tea, plus nighttime soup. 小云 and 小婷 are excellent front desk hosts, very considerate and friendly! When I informed them that my car was coming at 6am (before breakfast started), they arranged for a takeaway bag of toast with butter and jam, fresh fruits, and a packet of fresh milk. I was so well taken care of! ❤️
