Free upgraded to bigger room when arrived at the hotel. Room is cleaner compare to other hotel in city area. Only shortfall is come with open door toilet , not so convenient if two person stay together.

I called in advance to make sure the room would be as it was advertised “a city view”. However, when I arrived the view was of a wall. No view. They changed the room for me after some discussion and proof from me that I did indeed call in advance. The room was like in the photos and the bed very very comfortable! The area is very much alive and great short walk to the metro. However, the gym - impossible to find. Smell of black mold inside. I couldn’t work out and breathe that in. The equipment was good quality. Just air problem. Breakfast was basic: yams, cantaloupe, cabbage, boiled eggs. Nice on a patio. I will stay here again for sure but I hope they will give the room with a city view.

Pathetic , no doors in washrooms and toilets No proper aircon Very bad experience
Response from Property: Hello, distinguished guest! First of all, the executive twin room you booked does not have an outside window. There are data pictures in the backend. However, because you insist that you have an outside window, communication is difficult. We have upgraded you to an elegant double room with an outside window for free. There is no door to the bathroom. When checking in, I was prompted twice in the form of a conversation in advance and once by the translation software. I was also told that I could take you to see the room first and open it after you are satisfied. If you said it was okay, I would only give you a room card here. The air conditioner is central air conditioner. There is no problem in any other room. You may need the panel to adjust the temperature, but you did not communicate with the front desk but only communicated with Ctrip customer service. We are really sorry that our staff could not go to the room to check. Then you checked in at around 11 o'clock at noon that day and checked out at around 9 o'clock the next morning. Ctrip customer service relayed your request for a refund/compensation regarding the door issue. Since you had stayed for a full day, we had no way to agree. No refund/compensation, I'm very sorry about this. Welcome to your next stay! wish you a happy life!

As a person who is obsessed with cleanliness, this hotel is acceptable. The bed sheets are clean, floors could be cleaner, there is no bad smell at all and I am very sensitive to strange smell. This is better than a lot of more expensive hotels I"ve stayed in China. The hotel staff was exceptional. They were always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were also very knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The hotel’s location was perfect. It was within walking distance of many restaurants, and shops. The hotel was also conveniently located near subway station, making it easy to get around the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

The hotel is quite good and relatively close to Canron Fair complex also have many things around for eating. They haven't found my booking and upgraded my room. Good service.
