My family came here for medical treatment. We booked a hotel at random. It was not far from the hospital and the subway station. The hotel upgraded us to a large room for free. It came with a coffee table and good sound insulation. It was still very lively around 10 pm. Recommended

I was expecting a comfortable journey, but I didn't expect this stay to be such a disaster! The problems with this hotel are so numerous that they must be listed in detail as a warning to other travelers: 1️⃣ The bathroom drain is completely blocked: There is serious water accumulation in the shower room. When taking a shower, the water level directly overflows the ankles and the dirty water cannot be drained out at all. What’s even more outrageous is that the next day the accumulated water even flowed back under the sink, and the entire bathroom was filled with a strange smell. 2️⃣ The carpet hygiene is appalling: the carpet in the room is covered with suspicious dark stains, hair and debris are accumulated at the edges, and the soles of the feet are directly covered with dust after walking barefoot. A careful observation reveals multiple mold spots, which clearly indicate that the place has not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time. Friends with allergies please stay away! I thought it was owned by Xi'an Hotel, but it is shocking that they can't even provide the most basic hygiene and facility maintenance! It is strongly recommended that operators personally stay in and experience their own guest rooms. This quality of accommodation environment not only affects the mood, but also poses health and safety risks. I would rather spend more money and never choose this hotel again! But the service is still OK
