Large and quiet room, good location as it’s not far from the lake. There is a restaurant down below. Check in/out was smooth. Had a problem with the tv/internet not working, they did quickly take care of the problem and got it working. However the tv brightness was so dark you can even tell who is who in most movies. It made it really difficult to watch anything at all, and they said they could not fix that problem. The window has no latch to keep the window sealed shut, therefore it’s got a small gap and the AC cannot keep the room cold. We woke up sweating. The hotel is nice and spacious but it’s old and it needs improvements. Shower temperature and pressure was good. Shower drained well. Free parking is nice too 👍🏻

Easy to access

In general the hotel is okay . Very nice . For non smokers it can be very difficult to make it through the night . It has a very strong smell of cigarette. Good location though .

I paid for 2 nights and the next day I was asked to leave the hotel by the management that the government will lock it down and that they will return a night money to me but they didn't.

What I saw in the rooms actually exceeded what I had seen online. It is a wonderful hotel, receptionist very friendly and helpful.

Super bad review!!! I booked a hotel last night and had two big lumps on my legs after sleeping all night. I called the front desk and she gave me the hotel manager's contact information, but the manager never answered the phone. I don't know how to deal with it. I'll give a bad review first!

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The seafood city next to the hotel is very good. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Lihu Park. The Zengjiang Gallery and artificial beach next to it are also beautiful. The hotel is in a good location and I will stay there again next time.

When I first booked a room here, I often came here to have a room with projection. After staying here for more than ten times, I became a regular customer and no longer had this treatment. I asked the hotel staff, the room I booked with Ctrip used to have a projection every time, why is it gone now? The hotel front desk said that I have to pay extra, is the room different??????

The hotel is next to the company's low-carbon headquarters park, very close to Lihu Lake. It is nice to take a walk by the lake in the evening or morning. It is also suitable for receiving friends and customers. The price is not high

The front desk of the hotel is friendly, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and an extra surprise is that it provides breakfast, and the food is better than the United States and a large wine shop. Breakfast is provided, which is very good. You can come more often. The room is very big. It is worthwhile for White to come and have a look. You must stay in this hotel, don't stay in other hotels.
