The receptionist in the picture is so arrogant. Asking question (in Chinese as I am fluent in Chinese Guangzhou) she do not want to answer and push me like i am an animal. To the management of the hotel, please warn and train her if you want your hotel to sustain.

I have been to Guangzhou so many times, but this is the worst hotel I have chosen so far! There are big cockroaches in the bathroom. I can only watch CCTV1 on TV and cannot switch to other channels. The Internet TV can't be connected (I have restarted the box next to the TV several times). The hotel does not provide parking spaces and there is no place for you to park. The front desk asked us to park in the parking lot in front. We parked from about 21:00 pm to 10 am. The parking fee is 70!
