I had a great stay at this hotel! The front desk staff Miss Zhang was super friendly and easy to communicate with, which made check-in a breeze. The room was clean, budget-friendly, and had everything I needed. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk to the mall and the subway. I really appreciated the luggage storage service, which was convenient and well-handled. Overall, a great value for the price. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Room is a bit outdated but the location is fantastic. Very close to Renhe metro station and only two stops away from GZ Baiyun Airport. Lots of food options downstairs. I’d recommend it for any budget travelers needing to be close to the airport. The staff was nice and friendly allowing me to store my luggage safely for a few days.

I booked this hotel because of airport transfer facility even I review many complain from other gusts. DONT BOOK this hotel because of airport transfer facility because it is not operate in this hotel. Front staffs are not only unfriendly but also no maner and they will not servie you as a guest but they service like we stay in the hotel for free. They call me to get the room as "Hey hey" I met 2 same front satfs in 2 days. They can help you only saying No, No, No and No,
I did book a non smoking room and I am allergic to smoking. when I ask front staff to confirm non smoking room, a guy said No rule in this hotel to service non smoking room. I show thwm my booking room type and ask them the hospital will be responsible for cost of hospitalization in case I get Asthamatic attack from smonkeing. Both staff say NO.. Anyone who allergic to the smoking, PLEASE do not book this hotel and see my photos what I found in this hotel non smoking room. I requested airport transfer and Front staffs response me with upset faces that I should know simple room is not compentory airport transfer service. I told them I cam pay and they said NO even I want to pay. They communcate with me by google translate and when I asked to add to my wechate and let them send all message they sent me before to wechate. They refuse to do. I ask to meet the duty manager and they told me even all hotels in this world always have duty manager but NO in their hotel. I did ask to add wechat and send me all message they told but they deny and they don't care when I told them I will report to the hotel management. They say "WELCOME" Fially I went to the airport by DiDi with cost is 14.99 RMD not 20 or 100 RMB as other gusts paid to the hotel. I will call 1234 to report this hotel and send official complain to the agency. Airport pick up and transfer facility and nonsmoking room should removed from this hotel. Pease do not book this hotel because of cheap price. The htel staff habits is cheaper than hotel price

I had the worst experience ever with this hotel. This was the first time I had been treated poorly by hotel staff. Avoid at all cost.
When I first checked in, the staff gave me a room without windows and explained it would be quieter. The first night turned out to be a complete nightmare. The room was dodgy with an eerie red door, dirty, decrepit, full ofmosquitoes and worst of all exremely noisy. I wasn't able to sleep until 6 AM. I complained to the male receptionist who was extremely rude and ignorant. I had to call him multiple times because he kept left me hanging and didn't call back, expecting me to either fall asleep or deal with it myself. At one point, he shouted at me "What the hell do you want me to do?". Eventually he claimed to have visited my floor a few times and heard nothing but I didn't see anyone in the hallway. At one point, he HUNG UP on me and stopped picking up my calls. I then contacted Trip.com for a refund, which was when the male staff called me directly to basically do nothing to help but suggest I change room tomorrow afternoon. It was at a similarly noisy location as it was situated outside the lift.
In addition, I had an important business event to attend so I booked this location whose advertised amenities included steaming and ironing services but the hotel claimed to not have either of those, which left me seeking help from elsewhere in a foreign country.
The location is terrible either. There's no point staying close to the airport when it is nowhere near the central which costs the same and you spend most of your time in other places.

They checked the corridors upstairs and downstairs. Because our rooms are all carpeted, there is no harsh sound of dragging tables and chairs as you said. Because it was already early in the morning, if you need to change rooms, you need to wait until the guests check out and then finish the sanitation before changing the room for you. [Sanitation and disinfection] The hotel strictly carries out the disinfection standards of the Health Bureau every day. [Subway Transportation] Metro Line 3 Renhe Station C2 Exit Go straight 200 meters, only 3 minutes walk! There are many [food shopping] businesses within 100 meters of the hotel. Its' located nearby "renhe" metro station. The room and toilet is considered clean. Although I booked the non-smoking room, but still can smell the smoke, especially the corridor. There are easy find restaurants and walk around this town

The hotel is very near the renhe station. So, it’s very easy to travel anywhere in Guangzhou from here via metro.

Great for the price! Room was comfortable and close the metro station so it's easy to get to the airport. The lady a reception was also really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The main reason I booked this Hotel was for its location. And this is where I was not disappointed.
I booked this hotel for a single night as I had to catch a early morning flight.
I reached the hotel at 11.45 pm with my phone dead. On informing the lady at the reception that I had a reservation, she outright rejected my claim saying there was no booking without attempting to check her system or ask my name. Luckily they let me charge my phone and on showing them the booking details we were promptly given a room.
However, to our horror the room had a very foul smell and was unbearable. I reached the reception and informed them of the issue. I was asked to keep windows open and run the AC. Or I had 2 options (at 12 in the night): 1. Pay the difference for an upgrade OR 2. Find another hotel!
Luckily on reasoning with the lady at the reception that I was checking in so late and was eventually going to use the room for only 6-7 hrs max, she offered me another room which was way better.
The stay post this was comfortable.
What could have been a good nights stay ended up giving a bad taste because of unprofessional behavior and badly maintained room. Hope the hotel takes this review positively. I would definitely give the hotel a 2nd go in the future provided they look into this.

I booked this hotel for their free airport tpt as my flight was at 2am but was very disappointed as told that my room type (cheaper type as I need it for only half a day and not staying overnight) couldn't enjoy this service! The room is big but toilet needs improvement in hygiene as there was black mould on walls. Also there were two MOSQUITOS in the room! Non smoking room but once open the door, the cigarette smoke was along the corridor!!! Will not come back.
