The room at first smelled strongly of cigarettes. I contacted the front desk to change rooms but no one was there. No reply was given to WeChat messages. The booking app showed that there were rooms available, but the front desk said that there were no rooms available. I had to pay extra to change to another room. I questioned why I had to pay extra for changing rooms due to hygiene issues. The front desk said that he would ask the boss, and then there was no reply until 2:00 in the morning. During this period, because the room smelled so bad, I stayed in the lobby, and the lights were not turned on yet. At around 2 o'clock, I met the staff who came to check in the guests, and then I changed the room. But the hygiene of the new room was still very poor, and there was garbage left by the previous guest under the shower gel.

I came here to play and stayed here for two days. I felt quite comfortable. The aunt came to clean the room the next day. It was very good. The hygiene was very clean. The front desk was also very good. If there were any problems, they would help us solve them in time.

Parking is convenient and free, clean and tidy, cost-effective, the front desk staff are very nice, a good experience, if you want a quiet place, you can book a projection room

Everything is too bad, the sanitation facilities are not good, only the service is OK. From check-in to check-out, the subway was under construction outside the hotel and there was no time to rest. I was really cheated!

Best advantage is convenient location.Others not worth mentioning. First, up to the room, there is a musty smell, the toilet floor is a large pool of water, the toilet seat is wet, garbage bags filled with water. Then, the beds in the room were dilapidated and old. The bedside table was even worse. Fortunately, the beds were still clean. Requested to change rooms, but the front desk said they couldn't. I had no choice but to eat hard... Impressed that this apartment was renovated last year, but there is absolutely no trace of renovation in this room.The picture of the room and platform can be said to be irrelevant! It's simply fraud! There will be no next time!

The room facilities were very poor, the mattress was concave and too soft, forming a trough, which made it very uncomfortable for children to sleep on it. The iron basin in the living room was leaking; the water would suddenly turn on automatically, and then the waiter would turn off the main control of the faucet. There would also be a sudden sound of water coming from the toilet. The waiter said that this happened because of the air pressure when the upstairs guest flushed the toilet. The child was frightened by all these situations. He was so frightened that he didn't have time to change his clothes. He ran out in his pajamas and came to find me downstairs (I happened to be buying things at the convenience store downstairs).
