This apartment is really great. I had been staying in nearby Vienna for business trips, and then I saw that this apartment could book a sea view room, so I booked one night for the purpose of giving it a try, and the result was beyond my expectations! The room is big and clean, with large windows offering sea views all day long. I will definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is very clean and tidy, the rooms are large, and the windows are large so you can see the scenery outside very well. Each large window is also equipped with a bay window, which provides a great atmosphere for viewing the scenery. The guy at the front desk was also very nice. He helped us add quilts and adjust the TV along the way. He was very enthusiastic and it was a very good experience.

The first room had cockroaches, so I asked the owner to change it and he did. The second room had cockroaches and smelled bad, so we went to ask the owner to change it, but found out that a family had checked into our first room, so we also had to ask the owner to change it. We had already told the front desk that there were cockroaches in that room, but they still let other guests check in. Fortunately, we messed up the quilt so that guest also had to change rooms. This hotel treated cockroaches very lightly, as if it happened all the time and was not taken seriously.

各方面都比較不錯，視野很好，又是高層。可以看到海。不是很確定樓棟，前台小姐姐還馬上下來接，服務比較貼心。
但是也有要加強的地方：一是我房間的洗手池裡有一塊污垢看起來是清理不了所以沒處理，但是看着稍微有點噁心，我和家人都在廚房那個水槽洗漱的。二是淋雨設備有點不靈敏，開了淋浴頭之後它會自己縮回去變成下方出水的水龍頭，洗一個澡要搞好幾次。三是這個盒子電視太糟糕了，一點免費的節目都沒有，正常數字電視的頻道也內樣，根本是個擺設。四是隔音比較一般，以及停車場收費高。
其他都還行，空間大，還有一點掛畫裝飾。價錢也比較實惠，空調也算給力，還有個小洗衣機。總體來説如果是這個價錢還可以考慮。希望越做越好，設施能有改進。
（另：旁邊的春隆酒家吃飯還可以，也有早茶）
