Room had a window without any latch and curtain which opened in walking corridor. I was offered upgraded room still experience was too bad. Room photos are misleading real picture is very different and ugly. It smells bad. Toilet is always wet due to overflowing pipe near toilet. Outside corridor light coming inside the room is too bright , so unable to sleep. From exterior Hotel name is not recognisable as nowhere English name of hotel is mentioned. They provide 2 water bottles , Electric kettle turned out to be faulty and gave electric shock . Nevertheless water bottle also gone wasted by pouring inside the kettle which didn’t work. I do not recommend .
