Regarding the situation that you booked a non-smoking room but found someone smoking, our management was negligent. We will strengthen the supervision of non-smoking rooms in the future, arrange special personnel to patrol regularly, and immediately stop and seriously deal with any illegal smoking behavior. Regarding the odor in the bathroom, we have arranged cleaning staff to deep clean the room, including thoroughly unblocking and disinfecting the floor drains, sewers and other places in the bathroom that are prone to odor. At the same time, we will regularly check and maintain the bathroom facilities to ensure that similar problems will not occur again. The noise from the restaurant across the street was noisy until 4 a.m. We have communicated and negotiated with the restaurant, hoping that they can control the volume at night to avoid affecting the surrounding residents and hotel guests. If the noise problem persists in the future, we will contact the relevant departments for coordination. In addition, the room phone and WeChat cannot be used because our equipment is faulty. The maintenance personnel have checked and repaired it, and all equipment is currently in normal use. We are well aware of the inconvenience caused to you this time.
