Love traveling here and staying for the night . Everything goes so smooth

Good and nice hotel

I have never seen such a filthy and dirty apartment like this. Despite the fact that they had cleaned after I requested, but it remained full of dust and moulds. It felt like no one has been inside this place for ages

It is the same with pictures you see 😍 clean, beautiful place, huge apartment, have everything you need. We loved it a lot 😍 sorry didn’t do any photos of apartment but some photos from nearby area🤩

Very nice and clean room. Wi-Fi was not very strong but everything else was wonderful

Elevator was EXTREMELY slow. 6 minute wait. Lobby is not in the hotel- it’s a storefront about 100 feet from the hotel. How would you know?  Why?  Dumb. They went in my room after I checked in and turned off the AC and opened a window. In late May?  Couldn’t sleep as I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. Nice room but jeez.

Good location, the room it’s okay, there’s washing machine on the balcony, if you are in for the Canton fair the place is okay

The location of the hotel was great and the service from the staff was great especially the security guards they were very helpful however the hotel itself was a malfunctioning disaster the water would take forever to heat even after the estimated wait time of 20 minutes , the appliances did not work at all except for the kettle and there was no heating at all it was cold though they gave us extra blankets and tried moving us to a worse room which had mould in it we then requested for our old room back and got extra blankets . Aesthetically its not pleasing at all and its not the cleanest because the cleaning crew would come in and only clean the toilet the cleaning equipment was one mop which was used for lord knows how many other roooms without being washed so over all besides location being great I would not stay there again unfortunately .

The worst hotel experience ever! You can find Mold everywhere, on the roof, wall, curtains and cushions. The towels is not clean with some stains on it. It is like an Airbnb. How could this be a hotel?

The hotel was lovely. Great location, great price and great staff. The staff where highly attentive and were able to assist me very promptly and professionally as needed. Great stay, would 100% recommend if you are planning to travel to GuangZhou!

Excellent value for money. Very convenient base to explore the sights around Tianhe district.

Good hotel if you need to catch a flight the next day. Clean room and bathroom.
