Landis Hotel (Guangzhou Chenjiaxuan Metro Station Xihua Road) Reviews

Location easily accessible to caohongqiao metro station. There are restaurants around the hotel. Food street xihua road is 5-10mins walking distance away from hotel. Smart hotel is clean and provide basic amenities. You can control Aircon via voice. Not really soundproof so you can hear noises from next door if they speak slightly louder. Breakfast is very basic . Didn't really take them.

Decent hotel. Bathroom needs to be revamped a bit especially the seals that are a bit mouldy in some areas. Location is perfect just about 5 min away from metro. Loads of restaurants around, you have to try dim sum chef just next to the hotel after McDonalds it’s a 24hrs restaurant that serves delicious food!

Overall okay. The hotel was located nearby MRT station (walking distance). Simple breakfast served, hopefully hotel can provide more choices in future.

Room definitely look better than the hotel exterior, and can chill in room with projector screen, simple breakfast is provided as well. Located around all great local food at Xihua road.

Nice hotel, near train station and bus station, friendly staff. Can choose this hotel if you guys travel to Guangzhou

We arrived late at night and was surprised the room was located in another building, the entrance was a housed with other restaurants and the lift opened up to a back staircase with construction materials and broken bits which was a little unsettling especially for a pair of young girls in the middle of the night (we were led in by a middle aged man). The room service was pretty good and replenished disposable towels and tissues amply, we realised there was a security dude sitting in an office in the wall with a tiny window at the base of the lifts. It's quite an old and run down building, the price I paid I thought I'd be getting a little more comfort but it's the one hotel out of five (mid range priced) I stayed with the toilet and shower in one (toilet will get wet after your shower). Perhaps it's the location but it's the least comfortable of 5 hotels I've been in but not the cheapest, not the worst hotel though the service was quite decent. Turns out the most expensive hotel had the worst service on top of an old, crumbling building in Hangzhou..
