I didn’t like the location it was hard to navigate and the pavements are rocky. The room is ok but there is only one lift. The staff smoke on the laundry level The gym has no weights The room is good and size is average Hardly see any staff anywhere unlike at Atour

This hotel last trip stay before near my meeting area..So book again just for a stop over next day fly off.

A bit noisy facing the side street, but overall a clean and tidy hotel.

Their ventilation system is awful. And not clean enough compared to other same brand hotel. As I got a fever there, their service is terrible. Please train your employees properly. Won’t be there anymore.

The hotel is new, well kept and clean. But I stayed for 4 days and they never cleaned the room except than for changing the towels. They did not wash or exchange the dirty cups and not even touched the pillows. And they never washed the floor. The place is really good, breakfast is good but the housekeeping is missing a bit of training.

No e hotel. Convenient in transportation. Subway station not far away.

The room is very spacious and bright. I have chosen the Seasons Hotel countless times. It is located in a residential area in the downtown area, so it is very quiet. It is not noisy even when sleeping with the window open. The check-in service is also very considerate. They asked about the floor preference and arranged it. The items needed were also delivered to the door by robots at any time. The only thing to note is that it is a little far from the subway station and not particularly easy to find, but you can walk to the main road of Wuyang Village in five minutes, which is more lively and safe.

The hotel is conveniently located, about ten minutes' walk from Wuyangcun subway station. The room is newly decorated, clean and well-equipped. The TV has a projection screen and there are robots delivering meals.

This All Seasons Hotel may be the worst I have ever stayed in. The room hygiene is not good. After checking in, there was garbage on the floor of one of the rooms that was not cleaned. The other one was also not cleaned. There were water stains on the mirror that were not wiped, the floor was not clean, and the phone was full of dust. The decoration is almost the same as that of a small hotel. After checking in and turning on the air conditioner, there was immediately a urine smell from the public toilet. Both of us smelled it. After searching for a long time, we found that it was the air outlet. We called the front desk to come and ask to change rooms. The front desk didn't smell it. We said that the inner bed smelled even worse. I was standing on the bed at the time, and she actually stood on it with her shoes off? I ask if your service can be improved? Can you even put a towel under it? You stepped directly on the guest's bed with socks on? Is this how All Seasons trains people? The other room also had the same smell, so it was not changed. The pillow was also too soft and had no support and collapsed, and the hair dryer was broken. I called for another one to be sent up, but it was broken and small. It took ten minutes to cool down after blowing for two minutes before it could be used. I used this hair dryer when I was in elementary school, but I didn't expect to see it again 25 years later... The overall facilities are old, the supplies are old, the decoration is old, and the bed is very small. The service is not good. The lobby is hot and the air is not circulated. There is no all-season comfort.

Old town. Convenient transportation. There are many morning tea shops nearby. I come here almost every year. It's close to my family. The only drawback is that there is only one elevator for 13 floors, so I often have to wait.
