Too bad, extremely bad, this is not a hotel at all, it's as dirty as entering a ghost castle in a horror movie, the store's service is extremely poor, I negotiated with the store many times but they were unwilling to check out and refund, don't go here and be deceived

Stayed for two nights. The pain point is that there is no elevator. I have to drag my luggage up to the 4th floor. The weak girl discouraged me from going. The building looks shabby and scary from the outside, but the decoration inside the hotel is OK. The location is good and the price is low. Overall it is not bad

The place is very clean, the accommodation is comfortable, and it starts with 5 stars. The staff provided , and Sister Maryam are top notch in respect and treatment. I advise anyone staying in Cairo from the Gulf to stay in the same hotel. No elevator

I (female, 19) stayed alone at the hotel in a single room. The doorman seemed nice at first, but then he kept on watching me whenever i came back or left. Me and my friend had to study for an exam, so we wanted to do that in my room (of course at day time), but the doorman wouldn’t let us go to my room together, not even to pick up our bags. NO PRIVACY?! Twice they nocked at my door at random times to check/make sure that i was alone in my room. Once, at night (maybe 9pm), i was laying in my bed and watching a movie and suddenly i hear the noises of a door lock. MY door lock. I see the doorman (male, maybe 50 years old) take a look into my room and then close the door again. I was alone in my room, 19 year old female, only in underwear and a blanket. My door was double locked, with the key inside the lock!, but the man just opened it anyways. He immediately closed it again and apologized, he said he had mistaken the room and didn’t remember that this was my room. AS IF! the hotel is so small, it’s impossible to actually forget that. And even if, that should still not be happening!!! I was alone and something like that is really scarry! I already double locked my room! What else am i supposed to do? A few days later someone calls me to the reception to talk to the doorman again (the first time i had to talk to him alone because usually my friend always accompanied me to the hotel because i dont speak arabic). I go down stairs to talk to him and 30 seconds later he (male, 50) starts calling me (female, 19) pretty and making VERY inappropriate comments. !! After these incidents i did not leave my room alone again without someone picking me up, because i was too scared and uncomfortable to see that man again. The hotel has very nice rooms and a very central location downtown. BUT as a young woman, alone, i did not feel safe being there alone (I honestly felt safer outside on the street 💀 ) and i would not go there again, nor recommend any woman traveling alone to go there.

This hotel is located down an alley of a Cairo main street and is located on the 3rd floor in a dirty building with no lift and no security. The rooms are located on another floor up (4 long flights of stairs). The rooms are basic but had no towels, no toilet paper, no hot water, WiFi didn't work. When challenged the staff were unsympathetic and got aggressive. We had to book another hotel. So bad, please please Avoid like the plague.

The place is very beautiful, comfortable, safe, and very very clean, and it is also close to all the cafes and restaurants, and the people there are all very nice. When we first arrived, we received the rooms quickly and they were all clean, and any time I asked for something additional, it came to me throughout the experience. It was excellent and a masterpiece

The location is very good, close to the museum, here is a turntable, so it is not affected by the one-way street, the hotel is new, so it is not as tasteful as the previous ones, the boss helped us a lot, including contacting the landlord for our next hotel, and solved it traffic, good memories
