Third time staying at this hotel. Nothing to complain about it besides I asked for a late check out last time and they charged 37,5RMB/hour .

The hotel modern and perfect for business traveller's. Though the rooms are small, but the service and facilities inside the room is good. Overall it's a good staty

They are taking your pictures like a criminal during check-in. Asking you too many questions like a police officer. Room windows are horribly smaller with no view. Room layout is very weird. Inside the room has too noisy stuff working, couldn't sleep well. TV is totally useless, no movie to watch. Fridge is not even working well.

Arrived after midnight and was awake all night waiting for the morning to leave. Room smelt of cigarettes and extremely small . Wash basin inside the room not in the bathroom. Also, hotel is above the metro station and starts from the middle of the building. You will need to carry your luggage a few steps up. Breakfast all mixed with pork and nothing is labeld. This hotel was not suitable for me. It was a big mistake to ignore some reviews.

Good service and decent breakfast. Entrance wasn’t very stroller/suitcase friendly.

It’s great for a quick stay if you’re not in the hotel most of the day. I checked in close to midnight and was out by 9am. There was some sort of Loud banging noise throughout the night coming from outside the hotel but I have no idea if that happens on a regular basis. I would certainly stay here again.

I stayed at Citigo for 8 stays, overall stay was wonderful- the location, cleanliness and behaviour of the staff was wonderful. Its close around 800 metres to Indian Restaurants and also very close to subway station. A big shout out to Jensen at the front desk- she was really very courteous and helpful, at the last moment when I was getting late for airport she helped me book a cab and even dropped me off downstairs.

Very professional and accommodating staff, clean rooms and space. I recommend!

Normal hotel. Poor breakfast. Small rooms. Location is quite good. For a couple of days is normal to stay in.

The room was poorly lit and the entrance was too dark. We were told that the check-out time was before 2pm. When we got back to the hotel at 12:45, the room key had been disabled. We were unable to take the elevator and enter the room to pick up our luggage. We were very embarrassed. The front desk should tell us in advance that the room must be checked out before 12 o'clock, and the luggage can be placed at the counter for management. It's not about saying nothing.

Wonderful experience .. Very clean rooms . Bar and lobby is extra ordinary … Wait to stay next time

Breakfast is delicious near metro station & local food shop.

The experience at this hotel was terrible. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was small and located on the sixth floor, with poor soundproofing. The other guests were noisy, and I could hear the rumbling of the subway, even feeling the vibrations it caused. On the second night, I requested to move to the top (10th) floor, but there were limited vacant rooms. I was assigned a room with an obstructed window, even though I had originally booked an unobstructed “Huangyi King Room.” My room type was downgraded and I didn't get what i paid for, but it would be ok if it could take me away from the noise. However I could still faintly hear the subway noise, and the constant door slamming from guests in the neighboring rooms kept me awake all night. Additionally, while having breakfast, I found a small piece of plastic bag in my wonton soup. I will never stay at this hotel again.

It was a bit of a struggle from beginning until the end due to lack of English spoke by staff. We paid for breakfast but hardly had much options for us and were never clear on translation. Some team members made an effort with communication via WeChat which made up for some of it.
