The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by the manager, KONKY. From the moment we arrived, Konky and his team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We had a few special requests, and they were handled promptly and with a smile. The manager even took the time to personally check in with us during my stay to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests is something you rarely encounter, and it made all the difference. After a long time of searching online, I finally booked this Hantian Days Hotel. The overall feeling is pretty good. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete, and there is a snack street behind the hotel. The service is in place and we feel very comfortable and safe. There is plenty of hot water in the room, and there is a self-service laundry room and gym. The location is good and the transportation is convenient. The environment is very good and parking is free.

Overall, I am quite satisfied. The room is comfortable and tidy, and the bathroom is clean and sanitary. Parking is convenient, and there is a very large food court opposite, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. After all, it is a hotel that has been open for such a long time, and there are some stains on the wall and some equipment is old, but it does not hinder normal use. The only drawback is that there is a problem with the access card of the room I stayed in. Every time I enter and exit, the front desk attendant needs to restart the card. The aunt who cleans the corridor helped me open it. The breakfast is a buffet with a rich variety. Overall, it feels pretty good.
