I was impressed by the excellent service for my first staying in Ritz Carlton, China I have got taken good care once I arrived to the lobby. All the lobby staffs had a very good service especially the nite shift lobby manager : Mr Lau who has provided an excellent service for changing room since my room has found a bad smoking smell & shower water was low. Also, the breakfast has a great & various kinds of foods I was very satisfied about this staying , highly recommended & would visit again
