The service attitude of the young lady and brother at the front desk was very good. Problems were solved in a timely manner. I stayed for two nights in two different room types. The experience was good. My child liked it very much. There is a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. Parking is free. It is also close to the north gate of Chimelong. It is also very convenient to order takeout nearby. Special thanks to the beautiful and enthusiastic 006 lady at the front desk who also gave gifts to the children!

Brand new hotel. Room is spacious and clean. The hotel is next to one of Chimlong hotels and can take the shuttle bus from there. Otherwise a taxi will cost less than CNY 10. Highly recommend

The room is relatively large, and the bedding is not damp, which is really good for me. People in the north really can't stand the damp bedding in the south. The service staff is very good, and the ladies at the front desk are especially cute. Because I brought my child to play, I asked a lot of questions, and they all answered me patiently! The weather in March is neither cold nor hot. The sun shines through the large windows, and the whole room is filled with the smell of sunshine, which makes people feel at ease. The service is good, and the front desk service is even more like home. When checking in, I saw my child's face was red, and I immediately handed him a bottle of mineral water. This service is really meticulous. I also kindly recommended Wanshengxuan, a Cantonese restaurant that locals love. It is also the hotel's gourmet restaurant. You can enjoy food without leaving home. The transportation is convenient and the location is invincible. It is only 2 kilometers away from Chimelong Resort. It is the first choice for parent-child travel. It has complete facilities. There are large shopping malls around the hotel, convenience stores, and Internet celebrity milk tea shops. It is very suitable for family travel, girlfriends travel or couples vacation.

Chimelong Hotel is a massive property with only three restaurants. If you stay for more than two nights, like we did, you might find the food variety a bit repetitive, although the dishes are generally delicious. However, the food prices are on the higher side. The rooms are spacious, especially the family room with a king bed and two single beds, which are both comfortable and roomy. While the rooms are somewhat dated and some corners have old dirt, it’s clear that the staff make a concerted effort to keep them as clean as possible. One of the highlights for families is the hotel’s effort to delight children with small surprises, such as cute cartoon designs on toiletries, cups, wall decorations, ceilings, TV panels, cabinets, and slippers. The most impressive feature is the White Tigers Restaurant, where you can enjoy a buffet breakfast while watching two real white tigers, flamingos, and birds around the restaurant. The restaurant is large, and food is replenished promptly, with a good variety of mostly local Chinese cuisine. The management team does an excellent job running such a large restaurant with a significant staff, although there is often a long queue to enter. The hotel provides transport to the wildlife safari park and bird park, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the circus and theme park opposite the hotel. The check-in and checkout process is smooth, though it typically involves a 15-20 minute wait. Overall, it is a nice family hotel for activities at the three parks. My children enjoyed their stay at this hotel.

The room we stayed in was on the third floor, close to the community. It was large and had a large bathroom. You need to go to the mall across the street to park, which is about 400 meters away. Fortunately, you can go shopping in the mall! The guy at the front desk helped me get my luggage at the intersection, which is commendable! Place is new and clean. Service was great. It’s near the Guangzhou Metro. However it can be a little far from the city centre, eg Canton Tower/Shamian island. Worth a stay here, nonetheless.

The experience of staying at Guangzhou Suiji Jianshan Hotel is pleasantly surprising. The hotel design combines natural aesthetics with contemporary art. The public space with wood color and light and shadow is like being in an art gallery. The facilities in the room are comfortable, and the design ingenuity can be seen in the details. The accompanying Chinese restaurant has great food, and the morning forest singing bowl yoga is a big plus - in the bamboo forest halfway up the mountain, you can stretch yourself infinitely in contact with nature, the bowl sound guides meditation, the mountain breeze is wrapped with the fragrance of plants and trees, and after the end, I drank a cup of warm ginger tea.
