Minamisenri Crystal Hotel Reviews

The staffs are all decent and freindly despite they cannot speak english very well. My room is a little bit disappointed. I booked a single room with some request for the view, however, I got the room on the fifth floor with a blind window. In addition, my room have a pillar block space on the corner. This make the room even smaller than I thought. Overall, I do not recommend a single room on the fifth floor.

High CP value with good location to me. Perhaps it could due to the dates that I booked. After that the hotel fee is going up, consequently, it becomes not so high CP value as I've booked. Anyway, it's a wonderful experiences for me in staying at the Minamisenri Crystal Hotel.

Very nice, clean and traditional

Although it is relatively far from the city center, it is cost-effective, the room is spacious and clean, the surrounding environment is very good, it is next to the park and very close to the station. There will be some noise when the tram passes by in the morning, which is not a big problem if you close the window, but the poor sleep quality will be affected to a certain extent. There is a supermarket next to the station, and there are several restaurants on the second floor. The hotel breakfast is also good. Although it is not as good as that of a star hotel, it is richer than that of an ordinary business hotel. Recommended!

The service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, and they are willing to help solve any problems. The hotel also provides free breakfast, the room facilities are complete, and the surrounding environment is very quiet, suitable for a family of all ages.

The staff were friendly and it was close to the station so it was easy to access. There were restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, and convenience stores nearby so there was no problem using the facilities. They changed the towels every day and cleaned them up when I asked for cleaning, which was nice. I will stay here again next time I go nearby.

Hygiene: There was a smell in the bathroom from the first day I checked in. Later, when I called someone to repair it, I just sprayed some deodorant. I hope this problem can be solved soon🙋♀️ Environment: The environment is pretty good. There are trams near the hotel🚇 and there are restaurants in the small shopping mall🍴. There are also fruit shops, convenience stores, coffee shops, etc. downstairs☝️but it takes about two minutes to walk. Facilities: Unfortunately there is no microwave, so even if you want to buy some quick meals from a convenience store But it is very hot and far away from the city. We live closer because we are participating in activities. If you mainly focus on tourism, it is recommended to stay in the city.

The hotel is right next to the subway entrance, which is very convenient. However, the room facilities are too poor and old. The toilet in the room has turned dark yellow.

The building seems to be somewhat old, but the interior is nicely decorated and well-cleaned. The room (twin this time) is also spacious and good. The upper floors have a panoramic view of Minamisenri Park depending on the angle. However, because it is an old building, the faucet is an old type that turns on hot and cold water separately, so if you are not careful, you will get burned by the hot water. Also, due to the structure of the hotel, the soundproofing seems to be a little weak, and on quiet nights you can faintly hear the snoring of the person next door. (It's not too bad, and I think it's not a problem unless you are extremely sensitive to noise.) As for the location, it is directly connected to Minamisenri Station by an aerial corridor, which is convenient. (However, it closes at around 10:30 pm, so I couldn't make it in time.) There was also a general facility with a supermarket and restaurants right next door.

I won't say much about the rest. I just want to say that I forgot something in the hotel due to personal reasons. I can't blame others, but the hotel's handling and service made me feel very uncomfortable. Anyway, I will never choose to stay in this hotel next time I go to Japan! There was loud noises from the next room late at night which disturbed my sleep.

The hotel is right next to Minamisenri Station. We drove and there was a parking lot next to the station. Parking after 20:00 until 08:00 the next day was only ¥300. The hotel is older but neat and clean. There is a park behind the hotel.

Although the hotel's underground lobby is dilapidated, the rooms are neatly arranged and managed
