The room was neatly decorated and warm, but there was no hot water in the shower. The bed was a bit too soft and the family slept very uncomfortable.

There are porters to help carry the luggage upstairs, and there are restaurants nearby that provide breakfast.

The balcony leads directly to the beach. There is a public kitchen and laundry room. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is super comfortable.

Overall good, the view from the first floor is a bit bad, the hot water is broken and it was not available until midnight

Spending New Year’s Eve here this year is particularly memorable! This is a rare hotel on the West Coast that feels close to a five-star hotel in every aspect, and it also has a very nice jacuzzi! Opposite the hotel is Bucclengh, the restaurant of the Centenary Hotel, and the New Year's Eve dinner is also served. It is highly recommended! After dinner, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach (actually driving may be more comfortable haha)

Facilities, services, sanitation, environment are all satisfactory

It should be a better motel in Greymouth. Generally, the problem with motels is that they smell bad and the furniture is old, but this one is relatively new and clean.

Greymouth is a small town with a population of 10,000. The hotel apartment is about 500 meters away from the New World supermarket. There are kitchen facilities and parking is free. Very convenient to get in and out. Clean and hygienic, the price is not bad. The only drawback is that it is close to a main road, so there will be some noise from big trucks going back and forth.

The room is large and has two oil heaters.
