I was desperate for a room. I went to try get a room and the clerk said that all of the rooms were taken. Between all the noise, party, kids running and kids bikes trashing the place. What I did not know at that moment was this hotel is housing all themigrants - as mass has a right to shelter law. Go to brattleboro vt or amherst area for near by places. I took my car and parked in the mcdonald's parking and fell a sleep.

We were planning on leaving Saturday August 5th with a group of friends to go to Deerfield magic wings Historic Deerfield and Sugarbush Mountain. I had booked a room at Days Inn and Suites of Wyndham. 2 days ago they sent me a confirmation confirming the room. Tonight I find out that there are no rooms available. They are hosting 150 refugees. Luckily a friend of mine saw the article and we were able to reserve another room at another hotel. This was such poor business. They should have notified people who had prior reservations. I will never use Days Inn again.

Some sort of scam is going on here. Wyndham is taking state funds but still taking private reservation money on top. We booked 4 rooms months prior to a family wedding in the area and when we arrived we learned through locals and published articles that this hotel was turned into an emergency shelter as verified by an article found online and by speaking with local residents. This was done several months before our arrival date yet there was no communication to us about our upcoming stay. Our reservations were cancelled that day since there were no rooms available for us us and were immediately charged over $800 for the rooms within minutes. How can they charge for rooms they cannot rent out because they are taking state funding for these rooms? I spent a week making calls to ensure the charges were refunded and filed a complaint with Wyndham customer care and was told someone would reach out to me in 7 days. I received an email saying we were refunded and case closed. I asked to communicate with someone in customer care and was ignored. Complete lack of customer service and disregard for any inconvenience. Seems like they are trying to double dip and don't want to talk about it.

Nice location, good surroundings, pleasant accommodations, restful sleep, good staff, clean room, quiet. Our dog enjoyed walking on the adjacent dead-end road with a business selling various Tractors.

The shower was broken, No water flow at all. Unable to shower or bath. If we had had discovered this the night before we could have requested a room with working shower but unfortunately we discovered this the next morning and had to check out to be at a family event so we took quick sponge baths in sink.

I needed just the basics for an overnight stay on a long drive, and Days Inn - Greenfield met my needs. The room was clean, the amenities were as described, the bed was comfortable, and the wifi worked for me. The shower worked, but some minor repairs (to shower faucet, to walls where hardware was moved) would help with the place's feel. Good place for a tasty chicken schawarma located only 1/2 mile away. Appreciated the basic, but full, breakfast.

The room was very nice. It was clean and very well maintained. Coffee pot and mini fridge in the room and a nice breakfast included. Located right next to a 99 Restaurant. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

Personnel at the front desk were friendly and capable. But the room was in seriously need of updating. As the sun came up in the morning and we opened the blackout curtains and found a huge series of cobwebs! The carpet was rumpled and not the cleanest.

This is a bizarre hotel! Upon checking in I was asked for my drivers license, ok, I get it. However, when the agent made a copy of it I asked why and was told that "we have lots of crazy people here and we need to have records of who was here" At that point if I had any other hotel options I would have left. The place was indeed inhabited by very strange-looking and acting persons. Homeless man in the lobby looking for a bathroom. Entrance doors not locked at night, room in disrepair, desk in the room was nice, but had no chair to go with it. Blackout curtins wouldnt close. I had to lean the ironing board aginst them to keep the light out. After the manager came into the room to assess the problem, she said she would have it fixed while I was gone all day. I returned in the late afternoon, still broken. The "breakfast" was gross! The place shoud be closed down, it's a DUMP!!!

the entire facility is old run down and filthy. The entire building needs to be gutted and refurbished. Stained carpets and mattresses, worn out furniture, rusted out door frames. I did not feel safe or clean in the room. My son and his wife's room was in similarly poor condition. surprised Wyndham would allow their name to be associated with a property like this.

TV was laughably small, continental breakfast was underwhelming. Hotel was run down but comfortable. Linens were clean, but carpet and upholstery were filthy. No soap in the bathroom and the remote didn't work for the tv. We were only crashing there one night, so it fit the bill.

When we arrived, we learned that our room would be on the second floor and there was no elevator. Would have been nice to know that in advance. The "breakfast area" is really just the lobby and was rather congested, which was nervous making in these days of COVID. Wish we'd found a different place to stay. It's convenient to I-91 and Rte. 2, but that's its only real benefit.
