Hotel in the Old Quarter, very convenient for pickup for guided tours. The room we booked was a bit small, initially we ended up in a room with an unpleasant smell but they changed our room in a short time. Poorly functional bathroom with sliding glass door, you have to take short showers otherwise the drain won't have time to drain all the water. Very good buffet breakfast.

Beautiful room, had everything I needed pillows a bit high, very accommodating staff when I left my bag for a night to go to Ha-Long Bay, free water in room, had a bath! Had free toiletries, bath gel, shampoo etc, WIFI was a bit fickle sometimes, no view ( concrete walls outside)

The hotel staff were excellent, the Hotel was very clean and nice room, breakfast excellent choices. The Hotel was near night stalls for shopping and excellent cafes with good Australian food just around the corner, a great experience. Margaret

Spent 4 nights here - broken by 1 night on the Hà Long Bay cruise. For the first 3 nights we were in room 503. Room looks out over other buildings so not so great. Was quiet and had a good sleep. On the last night we were allocated room 1001. The bathroom is a disaster, with the shower and toilet in one area. So the entire floor gets wet. Good luck if you need to use the toilet after a shower. There was a lot of noise early in the morning; Since the room is directly above the breakfast area. Breakfast was average. Staff were helpful and provided good advice about the area. Despite the above, the location is great in the Old Quarter. The area is filled with restaurants, coffee shops and lots of family businesses. People (and traffic) watching is good from the major circle nearby.

3 rooms and one AC unit worked, dirty bathroom with thick calcium deposits on shower faucets. Beds are hard as a rock ant the sheets are not soft. Paint from walls on the TV, terrible experience. I waited an hour to get in my room, went to locals walked in and were given room immediately. They didn’t like that room and came back. Five minutes later and were given a second room. I waited another 15 before my room was issued. They will only issue you one room key so your AC Hass to turn off every single time you walk out the door, which just makes the poor quality AC’s even worse. We had two nights booked here and canceled the second one and got a room across the street at the Tyrant.

We stayed here 3 times different room each time , first room very nice secound time not so nice 3rd time 10th floor lift only goes to 9th floor . Very central overvall stayed at 6 hotels ,thus was the only one that charged us extra for early check in arrived first day after travelling 19 hours at 12.30 not able to.check in unyill 14.00 paid extra to check in early. Not a good choice at breakfast, sheets clean towels clean , a young couple having a row at reception Hotel charging them 300,000 for hole in towel , check all towels and bedding on arrival .

Hotel located in old quarter and very convenient, you can get close to Vietnam people living. New hotel, very clean and comfortable The room decor is very modern and although it's not big in size. The room is very clean and it's very comfortable with netflix on tv,.Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed warmly, served with cold drink. The location is perfect, there's a convenience store (circle k) just right next door.Special thanks to Cuong and his Manager for arranging everything for giving me such a memorable experience.

Centrally located to explore Old Town, Hanoi and walking distance to the French Quarter. Hotel room is large and clean. Has a mini fridge and kettle with tea and coffee. Small bottle of water included and fridge is stocked with beer, pop and large water you can purchase. The bed is firm, air conditioning works. Bathroom amenities include a toothbrush which was great. The only thing they don’t have is hair conditioner (not sure any in Vietnam do). Breakfast is included and caters to locals and North Americans as they will fry you up eggs. The hotel can arrange private transport from the airport for $14 Cdn per person which is great.

Great location, close to Hoan Kiem Lake but hotel is not being maintained well, breakfast is mediocre at best, service is not good and two major renovation projects next door can cause a lot of noise.

Hotel that deserves to be renovated: worn sheets, dilapidated bathrooms, air conditioning too old and not working properly, the walls and curtains plunge us directly into the 80s. But the saddest thing is the lack of cleanliness (hair on the pillow, hairs in the shower), the pestilential smell of sewer in the bathroom, the poor soundproofing. The only negative point is its location, but like many hotels in this area,

Located right in the 36 corporations district and near the lake with the Turtle Temple. Pleasant hotel, quiet despite the external noise of commercial life in the area. The staff are welcoming and warm. Good breakfast. Good bedding. To recommend without hesitation !
