I needed a b&b at the last minute, coming to Gorizia for university exams I happened to go around some of them, I can say that this was the worst I've been to. Booking: each site carried different prices, by calling the structure they would double the price. Location: it is half an hour on foot from the university and 20 minutes on foot from the station, very inconvenient. Cleanliness: Dirty, bathroom smelled like sewage, walls were dirty, duvet dirty, full of tiny bugs. I had requested a double bed, they were two single beds joined only by the double sheet, obviously it separated, you could feel the springs of the mattress when you lay down. There is no socket near the bed so you can't plug in a charger or lamp to read a book, I wonder what they put it to do then. Same thing for the light, there is no button near the bed to turn it off, there is only the main one. The headboard of the bed does not exist, there is only the wall, which is also dirty. I took a room with an external bathroom, very uncomfortable, the bathroom too far from the room. The only positive features: remote check-in and although breakfast is not included there is a machine where you can make coffee or cappuccino for free.

Nice facility, new and clean. The only flaw is the squeaking and noises of the bed (even when you change sides during the night you can hear these unnerving noises). For the rest everything perfect. Quick and easy check-in, kitchen available, fridge, coffee machine with everything you want. Absolutely quiet area and reachable on foot from the center (more or less 1.5 km). We had a really good time. If I need it again I will definitely go back. Thank you

In Gorizia I didn't find anything similar to Urban Homy Gorizia, with a kitchen, all amenities, a big enough room, etc. The washing machine didn't work at all; the refrigerator was not cold enough; it was not possible to buy food for more than 3 days because it would end up in the garbage; there was no umbrella on the terrace (32–36 C every day); chairs on the terrace were broken; dishes were very old and disgusting to use; it wasn't as clean as it should be; very uncomfortable beds in living room and bedroom. For 100 EUR per day, sorry, but it's not worth that money...

I stayed for one night, but in order not to leave my luggage in the car, we were glued to the stairs for 2 floors, upon entering the room I immediately noticed little animals wandering around on the floor and this morning a nice bug on the curtain, it's not the best

Positive: Convenient and very quiet location, parking along the road right in front. Spacious apartment, very good online check-in service and remote entry over the phone with the operator. Bright, very comfortable electric shutters, essential air conditioning. Lobby with free, unlimited coffee and hot drinks. Negative: Single mattresses attached instead of a double which left a hole in the center which was really uncomfortable, the mattresses were uncomfortable and the bed bases creaked, pillows needed to be changed. Identical body and hand soap when instead it is put in different bottles which seem to indicate different, quality products. No oven even if it was indicated in the services available. Time of passage of the cleaning company to be reviewed. With a small child we had to return later because they didn't arrive before 11 and with the heat it was it was tiring to stay outside during the hottest hours.

Very beautiful and well-kept structure, a big plus is the fact that animals are accepted, we stayed with our dog in the apartment. We were a little disappointed not to find a balcony in our apartment contrary to what was written on the site, perhaps if it is assigned without it there would be a small change in price or at least it should be communicated. The apartment itself is very spacious and overall well kept, perhaps the cleaning needs to be improved a little (for example in the bedroom, in the absence of the headboard, the wall is a little dirty and stained) but I would still stay there again. The lobby area is very nice with a machine for hot drinks/cups etc. available to guests, the apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, if the motto is to feel at home with us you have truly succeeded. The only flaw would be a television in the bedroom. For the rest, a positive experience, as we often need to rely on a facility in the area, we will certainly return.

Faccio delle premesse, non ho prenotato io questa struttura. Dopo la prenotazione per esigenze professionali abbiamo cercato di contattare l'organizzazione, prima via mail, dove non è stata data nessuna disponibilità di flessibilità, poi telefonicamente dove per giorni non siamo risusciti a parlare con nessun operatore, Solo dopo una mail molto severa siamo stati contatati da un altro numero di telefono e siamo riusciti a trovare una soluzione. Il tutto troppo complesso per risultare soddisfatti. La sera siamo stati guidati alla camera da un'adorabile signora anziana, per la quale provo tenerezza e rispetto, l'unico motivo per il quale la mia recensione è positiva. Camera ampia e abbastanza pulita, il materasso direi da dimenticare. L'autogestione della struttura, unita ad una pessima insonorizzazione delle camere, per me hanno rappresentato un grosso problema. Posso dire che fino alle 2:30 del mattino c'è stato un via vai di ragazzi che alloggiavano, decisamente poco educati, vociare con toni elevati, tv a manetta a quelle ore. Logico che senza nessun controllo, chi è già poco educato di suo ci va a nozze. Colazione fatta il giro a Gorizia in quanto è disponibile solo una macchinetta come quelli degli uffici, anche no. Decisamente molto ma molto da migliorare, non ci tornerei, non fa per me.
