Goreme Hotels with Airport pickup service

Nice cave hotel, on top of the hill, which is necessary if you want to have nice paranomic view of the hot air balloons (if they do fly). Many hot hair balloons do fly directly above or across the hotel, as this hotel is near the peak point in gerome hotel area. A nice paranomic view of the whole surrounding too since view is unblocked by other hotels on lower slopes. No safe box in hotel, or no battery as per my experiences in Turkey. Breakfast is a good spread, with nice restaurant view of the surrounding area. Walking distance to gerome city centre, which to me resembles a tourist trap which sells homogenous products. I enjoyed my stay.

Family of 3, stayed from September 3rd till September 7th, 2022. From the moment of our arrival to Nevesehir airport till the moment of our departure to the next destination we felt welcome. Very family-oriented environment, exceptional hospitality, and smiley faces. We were given a tour of the hotel and amenities, then taken to our rooms. Our room was a cave room called the king suite with terrace (Room number 304). It was beautiful, authentic, clean, and had an AC. Beautiful spacious marble bathroom. Room authentically decorated in Cappadocian-Turkish style. Sheets were changed and towels replaced upon request. Lovely housekeeping team. Front desk very receptive and helpful, all hotel staff went above and beyond to tend to guests to make sure all were having a great experience. Given the nature of it being a family run hotel, it had warm friendly vibes. SETEN RESTAURANT – absolutely to die for! Best restaurant in Cappadocia hands down. Breakfast – best spread ever lots of choices. Served by lovely people. Dinner - It is a definite MUST. Especially the Muhammara, Mutancana, Testi Kebab, and Pumpkin Dessert!!!! I do advise you to book your tours with the hotel but make sure it is with the hotels Kelebek Tour company as we had a frightening experience with a company in city centre. Thank you to the amazing staff at the hotel that made our stay in Cappadocia memorable. We are avid travelers so believe me when I say this hotel is well worth it especially the fact it is THE best view to watch the beautiful hot air balloons fly over Goreme with many caves surrounding you. Special thanks to front desk - Duru, Amir, Sena, Murat - and including Seten Restaurant – Hussain, Utku and Serife – including anyone else I may have forgotten to name, you are all doing an amazing job. The hotel is very cosy and with a beautiful landscaping. It’s close to everything and with amazing views to the fairy chimneys and balloons. The room is beautiful and very well decorated. The breakfast options and the lunch/dinner are great. The staff are very nice. The only down thing was the dirtiness and bad smell from the cats and dogs on the cushions outside because of that we could just sit down for a quick photo instead of relax and enjoy the views.

The room has plenty of space and enough colorful light. Although the sound insulation is average, it is located in a corner, so you generally don't hear noise. As soon as you enter the room, you can feel the characteristics of a cave hotel. The bathroom provides Turkish bath gloves, making it a room. It gives people an elegant feeling and is very satisfying. The only bad thing is that the water temperature is occasionally unstable when taking a shower.

The staff at the counter are friendly and hardworking to help carry luggage. Three people can be dispatched to help carry luggage at a time. Tips and change should be well prepared so as not to cause embarrassment. The room is relatively old, and the wet and dry separation is not well designed. Although the amount of water in the shower is large and the flushing is very comfortable, half of the toilet floor will accumulate water after taking a shower. It cannot be called a cave hotel, it is completely a cement building. The 360-degree view of the roof is very good and will not be blocked by buildings. Try not to bring food with you. The bed base is made of cement. Sometimes ants come out of it. The number is not very large, but it will cause a little trouble.

Came across this hotel through a random search, but must say it was a very successful search. The place is really well managed, the staff is really good and the way they treat the customers is commendable. We had a room on the bottom floor which was nice. Well connected to the main areas, within walking distance from all the main areas. The breakfast was great, views of the hot air balloons were worth every penny and the stay was amazing. If in Goreme, please do visit them.

Our experience here was nothing short of amazing! I highly, highly recommend you stay here. Not only was it affordable, but it is absolutely stunningly beautiful. The upper levels with the restaurant and bar have amazing views, and our standard cave suite was large, comfortable, and so unique. The staff here are all incredible and very service oriented. They were very helpful in arranging our transfers, balloon ride, the Red tour, and giving us all kinds of advice on where to eat in town. I recommend this hotel 1000%.

Aza cave exceeds my expectations! we had the WOW moment when we arrived in the morning. the hotel exterior garden and every single staff at Aza made me feel welcome and they truly deserved a 5star Hotel rating instead of 3star . They paid full attention to the guest, It was my Bday trip and they made the effort to decorate the room with rose petals and wine. Really appreciate this! We got there early morning by Bus, they let us have breakfast even we weren’t entitled on that day. The breakfast was amazing! The hot air balloon was so close it felt surreal , and you could also go to sultan cave rooftop for pictures taking. I can’t think of a better hotel in cappadocia than aza!! A little tips; choose suit room / above as it is located in the main hotel building.

When you go out of the hotel and walk for five minutes to the left, you can also chase and watch the hot air balloons taking off and landing. 2. The hotel is located in the middle of various attractions in Cappadocia. The far attractions in the east, west, north and south are about a 10-minute drive from the hotel and about an hour's walk. For example, Cappadocia National Park is the Elf Chimney, Pigeon Valley and Utopia mentioned on the Internet. Chisisar Castle, etc. 3. The old hotel has a great taste and atmosphere, and the facilities and services are old-fashioned, comfortable, clean and elegant. 4. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, with basically all Turkish food available (except for the barbecue dinner). 5. The hotel is located in the Goreme transportation hub (that is, buses and minibuses) and a ten-minute walk from restaurants. If you take the bus out of Kapa, ​​you need to take the minibus to the attractions in Kapa. 6. The WiFi signal in the hotel lobby is good, but the accommodation is poor.
