Amazing room with a superb view at the rooftop! We love their cats as well!

Cozy family run hotel. Only stayed one night. Lots of cats. Nice stay ruined by a tour booked by the hotel - Turkish dance. Beware we were overcharged - hotel told us it would be €60 per person (to be paid at the restaurant), which would include transport. Driver is the brother of the lady owner. Went to the dance, and they asked for €65 per person. A couple next to us told us they paid €40 per person. After we kicked up a fuss, we got a refund back however we still don’t know who was trying to rip us off: hotel, driver and/or restaurant. Do your research before agreeing to go on a tour organised by the hotel. That said, the car they organised for us was very reasonable (wife of said driver).

All the staff are nice. The view is good. But it is expensive.

I am very satisfied with the front desk staff. They introduced the hotel facilities when I checked in, and served hot coffee in the morning when I watched the hot air balloons. But! The hotel's cleaning staff took the key and opened my door without my consent. I was resting in the room at the time, and suddenly someone opened the door (I had locked it before). It was outrageous! I didn't know what she was going to do when I came in, so I said no! In the end, she said sorry and left. It was terrible! Moreover, the hotel room is not very soundproof. It was the same cleaning staff all morning! She fiddled with the fire extinguisher at the door of my room and made noise all the time!!!

This is a very rip-off hotel. The room photos are not what they seem. The double room for 2,000 yuan is not as big as the one in Home Inn. It is extremely shabby. My head was hit several times when I went in and out of the bathroom, and my family members' arms also rubbed against the stone wall.

Rude attitude, poor service, very bad experience. The price of the hotel is nearly 1,000 euros for two nights, which is much more expensive than a five-star hotel. When I checked in, I told the hotel that we wanted to take wedding photos. The hotel owner said that we could take photos but we had to communicate with the photographer about the precautions. In the afternoon, I took the photographer to the hotel to communicate. After changing several staff members, they refused to take photos. The attitude was very bad, and several people quarreled around us. After calling the boss, they said that we could take photos, and then the person who was angry with us just now went back to the office and sat down without even an apology. Then they told us that if it didn't rain the next day, the balcony would be opened at 7 o'clock. When we took photos the next day, it didn't rain and it was sunny. We asked the hotel if we could go to the rooftop. They refused to open the balcony and refused to refund the room fee for the next day. Finally, when we were putting on makeup in the room, we secretly opened the balcony for other guests to take photos. The facilities and hygiene of the cave hotel are far below the standard of this price. The breakfast tastes very ordinary. There is no door curtain in the room, and there is no cover when going to the toilet.
