convenient location, nice room design, just the toilet is very smelly and the room floor is full of dust and dirts, other than that it's a good experience! Btw, staffs are friendly and helpful 👍👍

Absolutely loved the stay at Ottoman Cave Suites. In walking distance from the bus stop. Arrived at 5am, couldn't check in as room was occupied, but staff were super helpful and allowed us to sleep in a quiet room until the morning and allowed to use washroom facilities and tea/coffee. The room itself was beautiful. Very luxury for the price. Views from the terrace were mind blowing. Loved everything about this stay. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you to everyone that made this stay super pleasant.

Good for money

We took the King suite. At 80+sqm its really large, with double shower and big jacuzzi tub, big circular bed, 5 seater sofa, heater, tv. It's really a comfortable cave suite. The location is just minutes away from the centre, with plenty of food and shopping options. The staffs were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is served fresh. The rooftop offers great views and many photo opportunities.

Was really excited to stay at this, what looks like, lovely hotel. Unfortunately due to extreme weather conditions and the earthquake in Turkey, we were advised to cancel our trip. Turkish airlines, even though we booked non refundable tickets, were nice enough to give us a 100% refund due to the nature of the circumstances. My agent called this hotel and asked for a possible refund, but was denied. I called the hotel and asked too, but again they refused to refund us. I even asked for partial refund, but they denied that, in my view fair, request too. Future guests please keep this in mind when booking this hotel.

We had booked a room with them. During this time the devastating earthquake happened. Due to the location of the earthquake in proximity to Cappadocia and the fact that many flights were being cancelled from Istanbul we had to cancel the trip. When Trip requested a refund they refused. We then phoned them personally and they were rude and still refused a refund. Very disappointing reaction, felt like they just cared about the money, not the situation.

Wonderful hotel and big room

The room was well laid out, the smile and service of the staff was very attentive. Even though February is snow season, the patio outside the room is beautiful. I can’t imagine how spectacular the hot air balloon season is! So I decided I would book this hotel again next April! Very good experience!

Our hotel was very clean, the staff was like one of our family, they were very friendly and good. The breakfasts were very plentiful and eye-pleasing and also very delicious. We would like to thank Ms. Leyla, Ms. Fatma and Mr. Mustafa for their kindness. They made us feel at home as if we were staying at our relative's house, not at a hotel. Thank you again and again, see you on our next vacations :)
