Hygiene: It's not an old hotel, but the bed sheets and quilt covers have holes, so big that you can't see them, the floor towels are very dirty, Service: This is the first time I've seen someone who arrived at 8:30 pm and couldn't check in because the room was not cleaned. The service response was very untimely. I waited for half an hour to change the quilt cover with holes and called twice. It was written that there were children's toothbrushes, but when I arrived at the store, they said there were none. There were only adult toothbrushes for the children to make do with. If there were none, they could say there were none. It was false advertising. The attitude of the front desk was very bad. When they encountered problems, they pushed them to the people on the previous shift. If the handover was not done well, it was your work mistake. They were quite strong and reasonable, and had no collective consciousness. If any of you didn't do it well, it was your store's problem. Facilities: Free parking, the lobby is on the 4th floor, there are washing machines and dryers, no disinfectant, Xiaodu in the room but it is not very sensitive, many operations cannot be operated, smart toilet, projection screen, the decoration of the breakfast restaurant smells a bit, and the breakfast service attitude is better than the front desk

The hotel is in a good location, next to the city hall and the park. The facilities are relatively new. There are two pillows, one high and one low, which is very good for people like me who like to sleep with a low pillow.

The room is large and comfortable, the bathroom is OK, Xiaodu voice control opens and closes the curtains, and the toilet flushes intelligently after use, which is hygienic and convenient. The breakfast is good with many varieties. The window of the room faces a Qinghai ramen restaurant, so I had dinner there if I didn't want to go far. The hotel also has robot food delivery, which is a great experience for every price! Worth choosing.
