Large hotel with excellent amenities/facilities. Indoor pool, sauna, steam room and gym were excellent. Breakfast was also very good with a large selection of options. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle into Gevgelija town center. Room was very large and comfortable. Good value.

The staff is lovely, the breakfast great and rooms spacious. It is kids friendly with playground outside and the pool i the spa open for kids as well. It is not newest hotel in the region, but it is well maintained and it is definitely great value for money.

Amazing experience! This hotel has high standards, staff is attentive and friendly. Food is great! the whole atmosphere feels majestic and you completely forget where you are. the spa and Wellness facilities are also fascinating, including the gym. We spend about 4-5 hours here. Water is available in the whole spa center the casino was a great experience aswell. we have already booked our second stay here. 10 out of 10 points.

Nice hotel with very nice staff and good motorway connections. The rooms are absolutely fine. The air conditioning works irregularly and sometimes too warm. The food is good and plentiful. The fitness room and swimming pool are a bit small, but you can work out there in peace. If you want to relax, you can enjoy the spa area. Caution! What is not okay at all is the sauna. This is a disgusting area. The guests there, primarily from Greece and Turkey, use them in swimwear and without showering before or after. A towel is also not placed on the wood and the seat is immediately covered in sweat! The staff is aware of this fact, but it doesn't interest them. For hygiene reasons, we strongly advise against visiting the sauna.

Very nice hotel close to the border.The service is amazing, it is very clean considering the fact that many greek tourists flock to this hotel to gamlbe every weekend.Conference rooms are spacious, food buffet was tasty and our room was immense with a nice view.

From arrival to departure, the hotel exceeded expections. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful at every turn - from dinner at the restaurant, the front desk to the breakfast experience. Food quality was excellent, the service was impeccable. We attended an unbelievable wedding celebration that highlighted the stay. The area is definitely worth a trip to explore the culture, history and nature that has existed since B.C. The area has lots to offer - it's most valuable asset being the Macedonian people...gracious, proud and authentic.
