The hotel has an amazing location and is near to Georgetown attractions. However, water drainage in bathroom can improve a bit as the water goes down very slowly

Chic looking hotel and alright to stay for the correct price. Relatively convenient to market and convenience store. However, housekeeping is a little slack and missed my family's room two days in a row, despite us pressing the make up room sign. Note that amenities are only provided once off and not refilled.
Nice bar/ lounge area at level L with hotel guests given RM20 per room to spend daily.

The hotel location is great. In the buildings have a bar, when check in will also get some voucher for bar and restaurant. Opposite the hotel have a bar too, is really convenient, if you would like to have a great night with beer and relaxing atmosphere.

I like the industrial style of the room, which is quite clean. However, I was only given toothbrushes, head covers, etc. on the first day of my 4-day stay. This needs to be reviewed. The shower head has sufficient water flow and is not very low. The sound insulation is just average, and the sound of the door closing is still easy to hear! The hotel is very considerate and will provide small snacks. What I like most is that the hotel provides free bicycles. If the distance is not far, it is recommended to ride a bicycle. It will save a lot of transportation fees, and you can also slowly enjoy the scenery of Penang. ~ Overall it is worth staying!
