Check in process very fast. Roadside parking. Room cleanliness is ok, just the sofa has stains. They provide toothbrush and toothpaste but just one set, if you need more can contact and request from the room service. Breakfast is standard with the price. Overall 3 stars for this price. Suitable for travellers, walking distance to all the tourist spots.

I booked twins bed but when I check in they give us queen bed. Talked to front desk who working in night duty but he been so rude with long face. he said why did not make any requests for the twins bed. We booked with twins bed so still I need to request for that reason? Water link in the toilet, toilet spray spoiled and talk to them no one come and repair. The TV no screen and only sound. The worst part is when you book you will not have a chance to cancel booking at all. Bad bad bad. My friend suggested me not to book in trip anymore.

Checked in earlier by about an hour. Counter staff was friendly and helpful which made the checking in a breeze. Hotel's location was strategic and access to many nearby tourist spots. Breakfast at the hotel is okay even though not much choices.

Room is small, buffet breakfast variety is limited. Location is good, well accessible to cafe, shops and amenities. Basement carpark available I think can park 8-10 cars.

Poor checkout experience - when I checked out the room, I have left one of the keys in the room. Then the staff at the reception told me to “Go get your key”. I was carrying a lot of luggage and forgot to get the key when I checked out because I was always using one key. I understood he might have a long day, but I would also appreciate more politeness from the staff but not such a cold and rude attitude…overall, the service at this place is so so. The staff at the hotel are not so welcoming. The hotel surrounding area is also very noisy. The restaurants nearby often play live music until midnight 12 AM. There are prayers from the mosque every morning at 6 AM for around 5 minutes. So if you are sensitive to sound and have insomnia problems, I won’t recommend this hotel. For the room, I booked a room with twins beds. But the room is so small that they basically put the two beds together without any space in between. In short, if you have more luggage, the room maybe too small for two people. Having said that this hotel is in a good location, and close to the city centre and near all the key shopping areas and restaurants. Price is also reasonable.

Booked 3 rooms and travelling with young children. On the day we arrive,there was this Chingay Parade and most of the roads were closed. We were stuck nearby the hotel and we called up to ask for the location but their receptionist (Indian lady) told that she does not know. Then we called up again once the roads are opened,we asked about the parking. We went to their parking and it was all full,so we asked where should we park. She answered in a bad manner and let out a loud sigh. Finally checked in at approx 11.30pm and when we went into the room,it was smelly,musty mouldy smell. Shower head was FILTHY!Beds were hard. Rooms were super small.No toothbrush provided. Will never go back again! I wouldnt even give it a star tbh

I got sick when we stay in this hotel. I'm not sure if it because of the hotel but most of the guest is coughing and sneezing. My whole stay is a nightmare, I can't fully enjoy the places I've been bacause I got sick. I hope I'm the only one who experience this but the rest is ok. The staff are friendly and the room is quite clean. The toilet is not that clean but for its price, I can say that they still did great. The location is perfect since it's near Love Lane, Lbh Chulia, KOMTAR, The Bus Station in Cititel, Penang St, New Lane, the Top and other hawker restaurants.

The hotel location at Leith st George Town, Penang. The room clean tidy and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. No deposit when you check in the hotel. Parking is free provided by the hotel but limited. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

Love the place. It's clean and very convenient. The only downsize is that they have limited and very narrow parking

Good hotel, on budget, and easy to look for food and transport outside hotel. Overall very happy

The location is good. There are many restaurants and eateries nearby. Also close to the city center. The room design is quite modern and new. There are smart TV for you to watch YouTube and Netflix. The washroom is quite big with two sinks. The only downside is there is no window and the fridge is placed at the corner which is quite hard to reach.

My third time staying here, near to many places in geortown, place are clean, nice bed and clean room, breakfast is simple breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
