Great location, right in the middle of all the good food and night life. Can get noisy on the weekend, I stayed on 5th floor it was ok. The window soundproofing is good enough. Room is clean and spacious, Aircon is a little weak, but it's alright. Toiletries are good and of high quality. Breakfast is decent, not much spread butI really like the chocolate croissant especially. It has nasi lemak, various bread and croissant, salads, pasta, fruits. Coffee is very good too. Basement parking is free and spacious, bright and plenty of lots. Safety should not be a concern. I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again.

Staff less friendly and less informative. The room too noisy with the road noise(car with noisy exhaust) and people singing(live band) nearby. They should use soundproofing wall with double glaze window. Food was okay but nothing to hype

I had a wonderful stay at Geo Resort Hotel. It’s a luxury hotel with elegant interiors, comfortable rooms, and a great location. The service was attentive and the overall ambiance made it feel like a true getaway. However, I do think it would be even better if the rooms came with a bathtub for added comfort and relaxation. I absolutely love staying here—especially when the rates are more affordable. Definitely a place I’d return to for a relaxing escape!

It’s was good and convenient to go for food or massage within walking distance in a cold air condition. Best to stay just for the breeze and wind

The room was very clean and comfortable. The overall environment was pleasant and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfy and clean place to stay! A friendly reminder: The car park fee is RM10 per entry, but you can get it waived at the counter.

Nice 5 star hotel, the surrounding have many restaurant. Must try the small durian stall just outside the hotel, very good musang king with reasonable price compare to other stalls. We stayed 2 nites, but the second day not so many quests around, so the breakfast was very limited and the taste just so so, except the roti canai was pretty good.

The only plus point is the bunk bed, which my daughter love it. Room are clean , shower water is strong also.

Room was big and clean, and balcony was a breath of fresh air to be able to look outside the cool Genting view. But location-wise it's a 20min drive up to Genting Highlands (resort area) and it's quite dark especially at night but we knew it beforehand so it's good. Just a reminder about the distance. But for the price that you pay for this stay, you could only stay in a small room in First World Hotel. So make your choice!

Starting from getting off the car, I was greeted with a smile and welcome from the security guard. Arriving at the counter, I was served with warmth and respect. Continue to succeed Geo Hotel & Resort!!!
