We booked Scape Hotel via Trip.com for 2 rooms 2 nights and each room costing Rm130/room/night with no breakfast. We checked into Room 812 and 814 from 16 to 18 July 2025. We like both rooms with firm and comfy beds; shower hot water and with strong pump pressure massage massage my neck and back. On top of that there was one unit of water machine SK magic UV sterilized along 8 floor corridor. So we need not drink bottle water. A leather chair in our room 814 of which my daughter told me very nice and comfortable to sit on. Breakfast of Rm38/person inclusive of Asian western and local food. Worth the price.

Everything was nice,hope the location for lift from parking to room have more clear directions.

Had a great stay at Scapes Hotel, Genting Highlands! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of local and international options. Staff were friendly and helpful. For the quality and service provided, the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Great stay overall! The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were excellent. I really enjoyed the service and everything was well-maintained. The location was good, but could be a bit more convenient depending on your plans. Perfect for business travellers. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel location is quite far. The room provide basic amenities. Have ample of parking space.

The hotel reception and housekeeping teams are very welcoming. Didn't manage to get an early check-in (which is fine) due to being fully booked. However, the room isn't entirely soundproof, you'll hear children speaking loudly to their parents, and housekeeping dragging the furniture when they're cleaning up the rooms. Overall it was a pleasant stay, perhaps I'll return when it wasn't during the peak season.

We had a pleasant family stay at SCAPES Hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth. Location is convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. Facilities were decent and suitable for families. Overall, a good experience, would recommend for a short getaway!

The L8 triple room has many good points, and I enjoyed my stay overall. To help improve the experience further, I’d like to share a few suggestions. Raising the shower curb or adjusting its height could help prevent water from spilling out. It would also be helpful to have a couple of hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes while showering. Adding a lock to the toilet door would provide more privacy, especially since not all guests may be family or close friends. In terms of housekeeping, I noticed that the bin in the coffee-making area wasn’t emptied. Overall, I’d rate the cleanliness as 7 out of 10. Lastly, it would be great if the buffet breakfast menu changed daily. One day of breakfast was enough as only the coffee and omelette appealed to me, and I wouldn’t have opted for it again on the second or checkout day. Thank you for considering these suggestions!

Eeverything js good. i very enjoyed my stay here. the only thing i would like to recommend is, the table quantity for their breakfast is too many until it make difficult for people to sit and walk

The hairdryer was not working during my stay, and the shower water controller needs maintenance as the handle is broken. Also, the toilet paper provided was not a full roll, and there was no spare roll available.

My recommended hotel stay in Gohtong Jaya.. away from main street and surrounding with mountain.

Spacious and clean room with affordable price. The only downside is just need to travel slightly deeper in. Worth the money spent.
