Very nice place definitely enjoyed the stay. Very cold though

The home stay is way too creepy. Reserved for 2 days due to not available room in first world hotel but only stay 1 day and left the building. 2 out of rooms are *******. One room have shadow kept passing nearby bed. Another room always hear women crying kinda sound. Infant kept crying and unable to sleep whole night. But the view at the bar is nice.

Alittle run down but still liveable , didnt have any bad experience except the eerie feeling when entering but alls good . Worth the price they listed . Cheapest hotel in genting

Place looks rundown, book it if you are on a tight budget. Overall still average. place is far from Genting Highlands, grab around 10 to 15 mins.

Hotel was smelly. Could have clean the balcony.

I have forgot my shirt.i remember clearly I hang at colset.. unfortunately staff say it that they already throw.what kind of sop they do follow guest belongings just throw without keep for month at least

Because we have made a reservation online. But after seeing the reviews, they said that the hotels were afraid to go to sleep. And we contacted to request money back for the room. Half time is still good. But it turned out that the hotel wouldn't give it at all, but that's okay, it's better than just sleeping. Got tricked by a ghost hahaha

The room is clean, comfortable, spacious .. all items work well .. overall very good

I really don't know if Ctrip has charged this hotel a high commission? Otherwise, why would you recommend such a poor hotel? It is the worst and most insecure hotel I have ever stayed in while traveling. There are a lot of foreign workers, facilities: outdated, remote location.

Poor kitchen, no knives, no dishwashing liquid, no TV to watch
