"First, a big thank you to the front desk staff. I was traveling with a baby and requested a room closer to the lobby — she arranged it right away. The hotel has a great environment, very clean room . and this is my second time staying here. I’ll definitely be back again." Thanks to all staff, all are Very good 🫶🏻

mechine check in is too slow（mechine problem） hope can upgrade the mechine software or mechine itself？ And one of the staff service attitude was not good😓 But overroll is recommended to stay👍🏾

Rooms was good the view was soo amazing from balcony and everything was soo good, regarding service like checkin time we are 14 pax and carried own baggage to room due to overcrowded and less staff and same happened after call while check out.

The hotel is very far to all the attractions, the check-in was not so smooth as well, it is supposed to be self check-in via their service kiosk but the machine is not responsive. Checking in the room did not seem to wow my family at all despite all the hype and excitement posted online. Though the room is quite clean and I think it is still better than First World hotel. Nevertheless, I do not think I want to re-book this hotel again.

Worth for money. We didn't buy the breakfast, because there is so many food stall and restaurant out there. About the view, it's very breathtaking. Thank you for the experience.

Good: Locations: Hotel is around First World, walking distances around 10min+- Children playground at L1. Suitable for young kids. Friendly staff: Staff are helpful and approachable , helping on check in and gave us instructions towards location we need. Need improvement: Cleanliness is a big no no. The bed sheets are smear with large surfaces of yellowish stain. Gotten bedbugs bites over a night stay. Noisy: We can hear clear door bell ringing, singing, children crying, footsteps, door knocking, speaking from along the corridor and surrounding rooms same level as us. No peace of sleep at all. My family check out at 9am as we all didn’t get any sleep throughout the night! Space: We booked a Family room that can fit up to 6 person with 3 queen bed. But the room are very small and the toilet is just one walk path😓. To be honest this is not the worst stay. However, i won’t recommend neither return for a stay after this experience.

Hotel is far from the main area. Have to take the lift from level 1 to level 3 at the main wing then walk over to the valley wing then take the lift down. No air conditioning and dusty. Wouldn’t come back anymore.

This hotel is beautiful and very comfortable overall. I was assigned a room with a balcony overlooking the quiet and peaceful hills. However, this hotel does not have a designated parking space as normal, so, guests are free to park in any other parking lot with a maximum fee of RM11 (weekdays; I'm not sure about weekends though). If you decide not to drop off your bags at the lobby first, you will need to be ready for a long trip carrying your luggages from carpark to the hotel (I parked at Resort Hotel carpark as it has a bridge connecting to SkyWorlds Hotel). In addition, I was given a room in Valley Wing, which is the wing across from the lobby building, so the layout of the hotel is a little complicated, particularly from the lobby to the room. From the lobby (Level 1), I must therefore ascend to Level 3 and then cross an "offset connections" to reach Valley Wing (Level 7). In any case, the personnel is incredibly welcoming and eager to assist visitors, especially when it comes to check-in. This hotel is worth the money because it's quite comfy. Without a doubt, I'll return.
