Mercure Genova San Biagio Reviews

The location is so bad. For those traveling many cities in Europe and just stopping by Genoa, I would not recommend here. It’s too far from city center or station and very inconvenient to reach. Hotel amenities are so limited considering the is Mercure. While this may not be this hotel problem, but workers in cafeteria are discriminating against Asians. It might be common in Europe.

Spacious free car parking which we like the most. Other than that the room quite old however overall service is not that bad. To pull for a night just for sleep is fine

Hotel far from the chaos but with public transport in front and you can reach the center in a short time, excellent breakfast

My colleagues and I stayed for one night at the property. Convenient location near the motorway exit. Modern, clean structure with every comfort. The triple room maybe a little small but for one night it's fine. Ample parking available and free. The morning breakfast is large and varied in terms of both sweet and savory options. Options also for those with gluten intolerances.
