The Novotel Geneve Centre is right in the downtown area and ideal for business stays, with 5 meeting rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and some have a balcony. To relax after work or between meetings, try freshening up in the wellness area with hammam and fitness room. Do not forget to start the day with a hearty, varied breakfast, and there are healthy dishes at the Gourmet Bar. Life is good at Novotel.

When we checked in we asked whether, after we check out, we could leave our luggage with them since we didn't want to carry many luggage to Paris and the answer from the front lady with her careless eye was ”NO, because we didn't have enough space”. We were very sorry with the answer and hopelessly thought how we could deal with the problem. Luckily, on the day we checked out we met another front lady who was very kind and agreed to keep our luggage but we need to pay some charge. The room was ok except the toilet which were flooded all the time when we took a bath during our stay. We probably don't want to stay here again unless we have no choice.

The patient answers from the front desk staff make tourists relax! The nostalgic little elevator is very safe and can accommodate one or two people at a time! The room is warmly decorated and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on! Breakfast is rich and fresh! Every day, several handsome waiters are busy working diligently, with slightly serious expressions, but very dedicated!

Great river view, the environment is already great, the confirmation is very timely, almost confirmed in seconds, but it's just that the elderly have sensitive ears, and the noise along the road makes it hard to sleep, otherwise it's perfect

Great hotel very close to train station, staff are lovely especially Joao the concierge gentleman. Rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable with fridge and spotlessly clean facilities plus kettle. Right next door to Lidl super market so very handy, close to buses to travel to chamonix etc and very short walk to Geneva lake. Wonderful

Location next to the train station is perfect for travelers. A very teutonic style hotel but the regular room is spacious. The bathroom us very clean and is large enough to be comfortable.
Good value with simple, minimum breakfast with a view on the 8th floor. The lower floor rooms have no open view. Some as on 2nd floor has a level view on train platforms.
Room has space for luggage and has a safe deposit box. The cons are a very small LCD TV with unstable signal, a soft but thin bed mattress, and almost no amenities for the bathroom.
Service is fine. Attitude is a bit cold..

The room is good, with a good view. You can see Lake Geneva next to the Palais des Nations. The view and walk are very good. The room has been visited by many celebrities. The service is also very good. The tap water in the bathroom is a little small, maybe because the decoration is a little old. Other aspects are good.

When traveling to Switzerland, I stayed in Geneva for two days. I chose to stay on the main street, so there was a bus stop at the door, which was very convenient. It took five minutes to walk to the Geneva Fountain, and there was a Xiaolongkan next to the hotel.

The room is 15 square meters. It is indeed not very spacious after putting down a large bed, but the basic facilities are available and relatively easy to use. But it is not very ”friendly” to Chinese people, because there is no kettle or any glass cups in the room. I had to borrow a kettle from a local colleague to drink hot water and tea. In recent years, many hotels in Europe have provided kettles. This is the first hotel I have encountered that does not provide kettles. It is recommended to provide them for the convenience of Chinese tourists. The quality of breakfast is pretty good, a typical white restaurant, with cold milk soaked in cereal (many kinds), hot eggs and sausages (salty), bread (variety), cheese (several kinds), fruits (usually bananas, etc.) every day Oranges and green apples. I ate strawberries on the last day (although they weren’t very tasty). I was full but a bit tired after eating them for more than ten days in a row. It is recommended that I try something different every day. In addition, there are no vegetables at all, including European hotels. Served tomato slices and cucumber slices. The hotel waiters are quite enthusiastic and will say hello every morning when they meet at breakfast. However, the professionalism of the people at the front desk is worrisome: On the day of check-in, I arrived at the room and took out my luggage. However, a gentleman said that the room was wrong and that the floor needed to be cleaned and that I needed to be moved to the 6th floor. I was a little confused. I was angry, but later I cooperated with the move. I felt that it was due to the lack of seriousness of their front desk staff. The night before check-out, I went to the front desk to ask if there were any procedures because I applied for an hour late check-out, and a black guy was on the computer. After some operations, it was confirmed that no other procedures were required. As a result, I returned to the hotel at 12:30 that day to go upstairs to pick up my luggage. I found that I couldn't get on the elevator at all, so I had to go to the front desk. The gentleman who asked me to change rooms on the day of check-in handled it skillfully. Then I could take the elevator back to my room normally. I think this is also the standard practice for late check-out in China. I wonder if the black guy took the job after training. On the day I checked in, I applied for a public transportation card in Geneva, but the white man asked his colleague to open a written card for me. I was surprised because the city of Geneva changed it to an electronic card a year ago. I don’t know why he still has it. I was able to open and write cards. After struggling for a while, I decided to change it to an electronic card. I asked for my email address and received it quickly. But it always makes me feel that their business is unskilled and brings some unnecessary trouble to the guests. In addition, this hotel is very close to the train station, a 3-minute walk away, and almost a 3-minute walk to the lake. The location is convenient. There are many restaurants downstairs next to it, which is convenient for eating. The street is noisy at night, but the sound insulation effect of the glass in the room is good. Once the window is closed, you can basically not hear the noise outside. There are several night clubs around, which are said to be the best in Wa City. The neighborhood feels different from the hotel I stayed in before.

LLiz3Fantastic accessible location, super convenient to travel to anywhere in Geneva or by train to other cities as it’s just behind main train station.
decent size room for 1 pax and reasonably priced
Hotel give free Geneva travel pass
GGuest UserThe rooms in Europe are small, so I chose two apartment hotels. This time I brought my children with me. The rooms are bigger, more comfortable and more convenient. This hotel is very convenient to the Geneva train station, very close to the city center, and very quiet to sleep. There are service staff from 8 to 10 o'clock, and breakfast is delivered to the room. Overall, it is very good👍
GGuest UserRoom 35, close to the road, the noise is a bit loud. It is recommended that you propose a room that does not face the street when you book. Everything else is OK, breakfast is just like that, Swiss hotel breakfast is almost the same.
SSam SamPerfect location, only a 5-minute walk from the train station. It is simple to get around Geneva by walking, tram, bus, and shuttle boat from the hotel. The room is clean and tidy. The staff is nice and helpful. Just one thing could be better. The room's sound insulation is inadequate. We heard noises coming from adjacent rooms or the street. Our room is on the second level, right near to the street. The noise from the street sweeping woke us up every morning around 6 a.m. I believe another side room would be better. We didn't request a room change because we were just staying for a very short time.
GGuest User#Praise# for the room lighting, toiletries, bedding comfort, cost-effective, security, room size satisfaction; the decoration of the hotel is not bad, clean, location is not far from the city center Kornawan Railway Station and the MANO supermarket. Breakfast is OK, Western breakfast is actually similar. The single room is actually very large, with two single beds or a double bed. There is no problem with living for two people, I really don't understand why it is counted as a single room. The price is very cost-effective, that is, the room key is a bit heavy, I have a front desk. The hotel has a paid parking space of 25 Swiss francs per day and needs to make an appointment. Email him the day before check-in to ask for a free bus ticket, he will send you an electronic ticket, which can be stored in the mobile phone or printed out. Free tram bus or ferry in the city during your stay.
GGuest UserSurrounded by villages and fields, the air is OK, there are several free parking spaces, the hotel is not 24-hour service, get off work at the point, and you can only have breakfast at about 8 o'clock in the morning. The room is small, especially on the top floor. Be careful not to be hit on the forehead. There are several rooms that have no air conditioning. The air conditioner is also a floor-to-ceiling air conditioner. The sound is very noisy.
