Booked a family suite but was disappointed. Is not a 4 star hotel. Hotel is old and everything is very basic. No amenities/food within walking distance.

Booked for a one night rest stop. Easy motorcycle parking and check in, no deposit required. The room was cosy and the view from a high floor was great. Will book again for staycations.

No swimming pool, but got gym room. Buffet breakfast was normal. reasonable price to stay in

Good is good. Clean, staff are friendly. Only car park is in open area but with security.

I think bcoz the hotel has been there long and the bed (especially) has been used by many guests…, its abt time they have it changed. My body ache after a nite stay. I can feel the spring when i laid down. The carpet was dirty and had turned black. The tv channel has nothing that interest me to sit relax and enjoy. No movie!

Hotel is clean. It was last minute booking hence not too bad for a night stay. Mira was pleasant at our check out. I didn't manage to get the staff name who helped me to check-in, she was pleasent and efficient.

This my 2nd time staying there. A bit of disappointment. They used a bedsheet with stain. We did not discover until the next morning. We checked in late and just go straight to the bed. Perhaps due to less occupancy on Monday, variety of breakfast is disappointing although the service staff are very friendly and attentive.

My family and I recently enjoyed a pleasant 3-day, 2-night stay in a family suite at Amansari Hotel Nusajaya, and overall, it was a very positive experience. What truly stood out was the **exceptional staff**. Every single team member we interacted with was incredibly polite and genuinely helpful. We had a few requests, including extra pillows and blankets, and to our delight, these were delivered to our room within a remarkable five minutes! This level of efficiency and responsiveness was consistent throughout our stay. We also encountered an issue with an air conditioning leakage in our initial room, but the staff handled it flawlessly. Instead of making us wait for repairs, they immediately offered and facilitated a room change, which we greatly appreciated. While our stay was largely positive, there were a couple of minor points to note. The room's sound insulation could be improved, as we could occasionally hear conversations from the corridor. Additionally, upon checking into our room, we did find some trails of ants on the dining table. We managed to get rid of them after cleaning the area twice, but it was a bit unexpected. Despite these small issues, the outstanding service and the comfort of the family suite made our trip enjoyable. Amansari Hotel Nusajaya is a solid choice for families looking for a convenient and service-oriented stay in Johor Bahru.

we are going there for D&D annual dinner. Big room and quiet place.

The hotel location is good where is closed to local street foods nearby the hotel, will stay here again.

Very good, hygiene, breakfast buffet many choices and delicious, all staff and reception manager, reservation manager very helpful in all.
