I expected clean, comfortable accommodations—not this. The room reeked of stale smoke and had stained, damp towels upon arrival. Housekeeping missed obvious issues: dust‑coated surfaces, a malfunctioning A/C, and a clogged drain in the bathroom. When I requested fresh towels and a fix, staff responded slowly and rudely, seemingly inconvenienced by my complaint. Breakfast promised "buffet" turned out to be a few stale pastries and luke‑warm tea. For the price, it felt like a low‑end motel pretending to be upscale.
