The worst customer service receptionist is rude doesn't help clients never gana stay there anymore

It was a very nice hotel centrally located lord the pool and the sauna Our room was very comfortable with a spa tub and a romantic fireplace Thee only negative was that our suite didn’t come with a microwave

This hotel is extremely dated..they lied about a pool..the front desk was extremely rude and I wouldn't recommend to anyone

Nice staff who do their best but … the cleanliness of the corridors / carpets on arrival left more than to be desired, to be polite. I had to call their repairman from the first day because the bath was clogged with hair. I had to go downstairs to tell them because the room phone didn't work. I was told that someone would pass for it and finally no one came. When I arrived, I had to remove some hair in the bath. The next day, the wifi was not working day 2 because the employee at the arrival had not programmed it for the whole duration of our stay... that's what the receptionist told me, more precisely: "we have new people who don't don't know how". The bathroom ceiling in the shower is completely smashed, the paint is peeling off big time. The bathroom light flashes like in any horror movie scene. Its time for owners of the place to do their job because its really bad

Acceptable cleanliness. Poor soundproofing. Prime location. Comfortable beds. Very good wifi connection.
